I am dumbfounded I honestly am, my home address isn’t suitable for this company so after a few weeks they just cancel my insurance & then attempt to refund me a partial payment.
One star is too much to give them, buyer beware that’s all I can say and Don’t use the drive score app as that’s where they get their business from =ly rubbish site.

Cancelled my insurance without any explanation, no communication so been driving around for weeks with no insurance and they charged more a fortune for just a few weeks. Scammers!

Great service provider, easy transaction and well priced. I continue to use this company as my go to insurance option.

they show no compassion and seem to b more interested in making as much money as they can. they certainly wont put themselves out to help you. i shant be using them again!!!

Had an absolutely disgusting experience yesterday over the phone. Been with cornmarket two years due to great prices and services. This year's renewal was 60+% over last year's but that's nothing new insurance is like that. Did the whole shop around part, negotiated a price, corn market gave me a new price, asked them if that was the best price they could do.... "Yup that's the rock bottom" bla bla bla. Shopped about some more and got my renewal down for 260 to around 150 so went with the other company.
Cornmarket called me yesterday, explained to them I'd gotten it even cheaper than their final price and this is where the whole thing went sour...
"You know you really should have given me a chance to beat that price, you made it sound like you were renewing with me" like I was a disruptive child. Somehow the "best price" had motion to move some move and it's my fault they didn't provide the best best price?
Well that's when my tone shifted, and I let the gentleman know if he'd given me the best price to begin with he could have avoided wasting everyone's time.
Business is business but to try and belittle me over me trying to get the best value I can is disgusting behaviour

Got the best price with a reputable insurance company. Hope they can maintain this, as I don't want to keep changing again.

I was a previous customer but quoted a ridiculous amount last year (more than £1100 with 11 years NCD) for renewal. They suggested I may find a better deal elsewhere, so I did - with Aviva at more than £500 less and have since renewed with them after some negotiation .
I am now chased every year by Cornmarket to request a quote and am unable to unsubscribe.
No way will I return to Cornmarket - a broker which adds their fees on top of Insurers premiums.
Best to go direct to the main companies.

I’ve been with Cornmarket for many, many years. It’s a frustration that insurance costs seem to multiply year on year, but that’s industry wide. Cornmarket has very helpful staff who will always do their best to keep their prices as low as possible, often discounting their costs in order to help. In reality many other quotes for other providers are much more expensive and some won’t even entertain covering me for business (motorcycle instructor). Fortunately, in 30 years not had reason to claim, but I trust them as an insurance provider, not something I would say of all providers.

It was easy to access their website and the cover I required was reasonably priced

Easy to arrange a quote, website simple to use, but, I'm always looking for the best deal.

First the value, then great customer service when I called them to confirm the level of cover. Probably let down by the lack of information availability on the comparison website (confused) when I wanted to do a comparison of their cover in detail. They might get more customers if they addressed this

Third year with Cornmarket and now both cars are covered. Great price, excellent customer service and communication. I some negotiation necessary but a good deal for both parties in the end.

Knowledgeable staff, not just out to get as much money as they can out of you.

Straight forward buying process one form and one phone call and all car insurance sorted. Very pleasant experience and staff on the other end of the phone. Will definitely use again in the future.
