I ordered a pendant online on the 28th of Nov and got the delivery straight to my apartment on the 15th of Dec. I did expect a month of delivery time so it is a actually quicker than I expected. Unfortunately, although the email told me when my order was shipped, the tracking number never worked. Be prepared to be surprised when your delivery arrives.

I guess it's a legit company, for dropshipping. E.g. from Malaysia i can order the octopus phone stand for 7USD excluding shipping, compared to 129USD free shipping

I ordered the Hermit Crab bottle opener for delivery to the UK on the 08.11.21. It arrived swiftly to my door step on the 18.11.21. The product is exactly what I was hoping for and as depicted on the website site. It's a little piece of art!

Placed a order three months ago, no useful information over email, this place is a scam. Out 200.00, don't waste your money.

I did wait a while for delivery and did not receive a tracking number, however I emailed and got a response within an hour. Also, keep in mind it’s covid times and I ordered to Australia so I expected the wait.

My item was shipped with without tracking number sent, however the product is genuinely great quality and I’m very happy with my purchase.

I ordered a Chameleon / Tape measure from coppertistwu. The item arrived in my mailbox after about 3 weeks. It is in perfect condition. It was very well packed. My new Chameleon is Goreous!

Bought almost $100 worth of items last October and after almost a year and tooons of going back and forth, I received nothing. This company is a scam - a legitimate company that internationally ships would already have a shipping provider that offered basic tracking/address confirmation when the order is placed. Avoid this company at all costs. The owner is very rude and customer service is nonexistent. Don’t waste your money.

New Response: During all of our correspondence you never once stated that anything was being reshipped nor did you provide new tracking information for this supposed second shipment. In fact you chewed me out for the incorrect address and basically told me that you weren’t going to fix the issue. Again, every basic seller that ships internationally (from Etsy to Amazon) uses a shipping system that also confirms and corrects shipping information when it’s inputted incorrectly, cause you know, human error and all. Going off of how many negative reviews are complaining about this exact issue - you should invest. PS if the item was really resent, to the address (which was correct) that I resent, please provide information stating so because I have ALL of Coppertist messages archived and your claims are unfounded.

I know there’s a few bad reviews about delivery but I got my parcel in less than a week and the quality is spot on 👌

I see the comments about shipping/tracking. Folks, this is international commerce. It’s not Amazon. You’re purchasing art quality items to enhance every day experiences. I’m fully satisfied with both the quality of the product and Coppertist Wu’s delivery. WELL WORTH the wait.

I ordered a gift for my boyfriend and about two weeks after, I had finally received it. This review would have five stars if the order tracker worked, but everytime I had a concern and emailed the owner, they responded everytime. In the end, me and my boyfriend are very happy with how his keyring turned out, but there are definitely some things that need to be improved upon in this business. Overall, we're happy with the service though.

I ordered in may and after more that 3 weeks no tracking. Also to my enquiries just an automatic answer that was not readable.
I made request of refund to paypal that has been processed and after that magically appears a tracking stating the delivery of the order! This was a tracking without my final address and without any signature.

For me is a real scam unfortunately as product seems nice.

Update: the shipment was lost in transit. However, the vendor re-sent, and it got here right away. The pieces are fantastic. It took a while, but it was ultimately resolved.

I have already wrote a negative review for Coppertist. They replied it here and I cannot comment on my original post. They could have replied to the 3 email I sent, or on my messages on their social media pages. they didn't do that. So here you go: second negative review. :)
I did not received a parcel after -not 3 but- 2 months of waiting -my bad there-.
After the courier stated that it was delivered, I waited a week, still I got nothing.
They say the talked to the courier which said that the parcel was delivered. It wasn't, not to me. I did not received anything, neither signed anything.
At the end of the day I am a frauded costumer. You got my 30 dollars and I got nothing back, beside lack of respect and consideration. Last time I checked this was considered theft.
Your products may be nice, but the entire system around them is rotten: spanning from how you talk to costumers to how you handle problems.
Bad experience, bad company. Beware.

I place my order Mar 25th of this year. It is now May 30th. I received an email saying that the item was shipped as of April 26. At this point I am not expecting anything and if it wasn’t for Pay Pal I would be taking a loss. Save your money. Seems more of a scam.

I placed an order in Feb. 2021 and we are almost in June. Apparently my order is awaiting shipment in Shanghai. Coppertist have not responded to my enquiry regarding the delay. Save your money and do not order from them. Instagram should ban their advertising.

Ive been waiting two months for my order, like all of you zero tracking info so for all i know my order is sitting in shanghai china where the tracking information ended...2 months ago and yes i know it is hand crafted but i also know quite a bit about the process and its only hand crafted once when you make the mold to then reuse over and over again so if you read this dont fall for the hand crafted line. Im an artist and sculptor and payed for items because i was impressed with the level of detail that i have yet to physically see. 2 months still nothing

I don't understand why it is taking so long. I did receive an answer from them via an email inquiry I made concerning my purchase not being received. It said something to the effect that item is individually made by hand. So I guess they want me to believe they don't begin making an item until after it has been ordered. I picture a shop that operates like a diner, where the artist (cook) waits for the (breakfast) orders to be delivered before they begin crafting (cracking the eggs). Would not have been so upset if they gave prior warning it would take so long to receive my order. Still waiting.

Very happy with the fish clip thing I bought from Coppertist. I was a bit dubious buying things online as sometimes they look nothing like the photo when they eventually turn up. But I'm really impressed with the quality. If anything it's even better. A really nice item. The only reason I've not given five stars is that they don't update shipping so I had no idea if this was going to arrive in time for a birthday present. It just turned up one day. Luckily I'd ordered in plenty of time. Recommended!

I ordered a keychain that didn't actually include the keyring! Emailed the company who refused to send the ring. Took the piece out of the bag to look at it and it fell into 2 parts in my hand! Won't go back together. So I now have a small handful of nothing. Bought as a Xmas gift and received a week after.

Just got my fish skirt pin (or key ring) and the skull with serpents. They are both fabulous!
Totally love them! They came super quick and nicely presented in little cloth sacks!
I got them for myself but will definitely order more for me and ad gifts!
