Absolutely beautiful set of rattlesnake tail earrings and they appear to be very well made. Took a few weeks to arrive but definitely worth the wait. I will 100% be ordering again from this seller.

Bought two items, Viper 1 & viper 2. The Viper 1 was terribly done and didn’t even have a head, just a round blob.

Reached out twice to see if I can get a replacement but they haven’t replied. I understand products may occasionally be sup par, but it’s the mark of a company how they handle issues, in this case not well.

I haven't gotten an order yet because I just made it tonight. But it seems like coppertist wu might not be legit? I'm placing my bet there. The price point is a dead giveaway besides the design details being cheaper for the same product say the cicada? So it might be a cheap China knock off stealing clients by bad mouthing them here.
Anyhow, can't wait for my shipment and I'm placing my faith in coppertist.com!

Bought a pair of ouboros earrings for myself, and have a tiger figurine and snake keychain. The latter two are amazing, so much detailed and feel great. I was very satisfied with the earnings as well, however yesterday i saw that they are turning green. I always took good care of them, took them off before bed or shower, so I'm a bit disappointed. Since i only wore one, i guess i still have some time until the other one also becomes unusable, which is a small comfort.

Received a pair of the ouroboros/snake earrings a gift and I will not take them off! They are incredible in quality and appearance, definitely has put me on track to buying some pieces online!

Ordered the scorpion keychain which broke with a month. When I contacted customer services, even though it is guaranteed for a year, they said "Man-made damage during use is not covered by the warranty
Hope that you can understand.". Will no I don't understand. They product is not up to scratch and they made no attempt to find out how it was broken which was in the act of being a keychain. Crap, I've bought a lot of then in three part but they have now lost a customer. Update 02/01/2022: Twice they have replied now saying they have no record of my order even after trustpilot having reviewed a string of email conversations! Avoid this company, they are dishonest.

Well after being contacted about my missing order I’m no further ahead and the wrong item they sent is not worth the 300$ item I ordered + the 60$ in duties , no longer responding my emails and I’m certain they just tossed whatever they had to fill my order , very disappointing

I've been shopping on Coppertist for a quite long time, the design and quaility of their products are all excellent, while tbh the shipping and customer service are really terrible, until I found there is an another website called Coppertist.wu, cuz those two shops look almost same, they have same products, then I went to asked Coppertist.wu many questions about the products details, I have to say their customer service is so good, and it only took 10 days for deliver my first order. My personal shopping experience for Coppertist.wu, firstly was their customer service are very helpful, they replied my message very promptly and professionally, also recommeded some products I need. Secondly, their products are well packaged, and deliver very soon, I decided I'll ordering from them in next.

Coppertist and Coppertistwu are two different websites. My first purchase from coppertist have never arrived and no customer service person responded after I sent an email. Then I found the insta of Coppertist.Wu and thought they might be the same company. They quickly got back to me and told me that coppertist used to be their distributor and because they damaged the brand image, they now no longer do business with them. I am very grateful to Ryan for being patient and resolving my issue. I will always be a Coppertist.Wu customer. The quality and detail of it is top notch. I just want to let more people know not to buy from Coppertist.Wu again. They are a spammer.

I ordered an ouroboro keychain which I saw on Facebook - I thought the design looked wonderful. I browsed the site and at some point I got a discount code and splurged for the keychain. It came in the ordinary course of business - in a beautiful presentation box. It is as promised a well made piece of jewelry. I've gotten compliments on it and plan to buy gifts from them again

Made a purchase on January 2nd, after half a month I do not expect to receive the package given the delays due to the covid, but at least replying to emails to receive updates would be welcome

I’ve already ordered twice from this shop and both times I had absolutely no problems with my orders! The first time, reading other reviews, I feared that I was going to get scammed too, but my order arrived even earlier than expected (I live in Italy and I received my keychains in less than two weeks) and it’s wonderful, high quality exactly as shown on the website. Both times I received the tracking code and I was able to check shipping (it’s not updated day by day when the parcel it’s still in China, but once in Europe it gets better and you’re able to know where your parcel is). In addition, once I needed help with a coupon and I contacted the staff via private message on their Instagram page and they immediately fixed the problem (so, if you didn’t receive an answer via mail, you could try on their social network’s accounts). So, on my part, it’s highly recommended!

Absolutely trash customer service. My wife ordered this for me as a Christmas gift in December after reading reviews of long shipping times. Opened up to see that she ordered the wrong one and they aren’t making any exceptions for Christmas orders.

So I ordered before Christmas and got my items mid January. Not surprising with covid but, no tracking, no way to check on items just order and hope. My items are very nice though, the quality is there im just not sure what kind of company they are. The site makes it look like they are some small artisan workshop. I suspect they get their stuff in China and they are mass produced. Whatever it is if you don't mind waiting and if you like to gamble, then the product, when it arrives is pretty legit. But maybe the mystery is part of the appeal

I placed Order #21639 on October 24, 2021 hopeful to receive my order before Christmas. Sometime in November, half of my order did come! Eternal Love in brass arrived as expected and I was extremely pleased with it. I loved the quality of the piece and was super excited to receive the other half, intending to give it to my father. Unfortunately, Bullet with Skull in bronze never arrived. I sent an email on December 2nd, 2021 explaining my situation, and received no reply. On December 10th, I sent a second email and submitted a request through the coppertist's website itself and have yet to get a response. I love the half of my order I received, it is high quality and I am very pleased with the workmanship. I would love to receive the other half. For now, I would say place an order with extreme caution. It is a high risk, high reward gamble.

My (aged) silver and brass pendant and chain arrived quickly, despite me ordering right before Christmas, and seems high quality.

Since posting my comments below and a one star rating, to my surprise the items arrived yesterday, December 18. The wait was long and the silence from Coppertist was frustrating despite numerous emails identifying my order number. I have changed my rating 3 stars first choice 2, but I’ll give them the benefit of the doubt and hope they get their customer service department improved. I don’t understand how multiple emails requesting updates and information can be ignored with no response. Get it together Coppertist. I don’t know if I would order again, even though I love their designs. I’ll have to think bout it.

I hope I can change this review later but I placed an order in early November for Christmas gifts. I have sent 4 emails requesting updates and have not had a response to any of them. I have no idea if the items will ever be shipped as they are not listed as out of stock on their website and should be available. I am giving them a chance to respond, but after Christmas I’ll just dispute the charge with AmEx and forget about them. Their loss. I would have ordered more.
