Coolcabanas Arvostelua

CoolCabanas has transformed our days at the beach. The size, weight, and setup is easily managed by a single person. I've had our Cabana up in 25kt. winds and it handles them with ease. Unlike many of the shades that you see (AND HEAR) on the beach, the CoolCabana provides steady shade throughout the day without the need to reposition it or endure the constant cracking of a shade in the wind. We couldn't be happier with our shade and the customer service is second to none!

Great product on the beach. Easy to put up and take down and stable when windy. And support is outstanding when there is an issue

Outstanding customer service!

It’s rare these days to find a company that truly stands behind its products the way CoolCabanas does. From the moment I reached out, their customer service team was responsive, friendly, and genuinely committed to making sure I was taken care of.

They went above and beyond to resolve my issue quickly, with kindness and professionalism every step of the way. The quality of their products is excellent, but what impressed me even more was the integrity and generosity they showed throughout the entire experience.

In a world where customer service often feels like an afterthought, CoolCabanas is a refreshing exception. I would not hesitate to purchase from them again, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a company that truly values its customers.

Thank you, CoolCabanas, for an exceptional experience!

This is the best beach “tent” available on the market. Easy for a single (55+) female to set up alone, stable in high winds (used in 23mph gusts just last week!), adorable fabrics and the pockets in the “arms” for small item storage are an unsung hero of the Cool Cabana. Purchased my first one in 2021 and have used it every weekend on Florida beaches without any product deterioration. The original bag worn at the Velcro closure and was replaced by customer service with the new and improved canvas bag. I’ve convinced at least 5 friends and family to purchase a CC of their own! If you’re hesitating on purchasing one — here’s your sign. Do it!!

Just set up my cool cabana at Virginia Beach. Easy set up. Plenty of room for chairs seniors. Easy to fill pockets with sand. Fits in trunk or back seat folded up. Best shade I have ever bought to the beach. Not too heavy for grandma to carry. Love it

On 3 occasions we got surprised by unexpected storms and our Coolcabana got leveled from the wind. The great news is that all 3 times we dusted off our tent and continued our days at the beach. The product took the licking and kept on ticking.

Love how easy it is to use and the quality of the product. Had a slight issue with one of the four top vents pulling off leaving a small rip . I reached out to customer service and they quickly responded with two options and I chose the $50 refund to get it sewn professionally, which I thought was quite fair. Great company to work with.

I picked up my cool cabana used from the Goodwill fir a steal. Every time I set it up, i get alot of questions and comments. I'm happy to explain the concept and functionality. Fast forward to the lake trip and the wind picked up and broke one of the arms. I placed an order and there was a problem. Cool cabana helped me to get the problem resolved quickly and reasonably. They are a great company to work with and although i hope to not need their assistance again any time soon, i know I'm in good hands if I do. The canopy is easy to set up and take down in minutes. Works and looks great.

Will was so helpful and accommodating! He helped me find a solution to my problem, provided helpful information, and even went the extra mile to stand behind the product! Excellent service and wonderful experience!

I’ve owned my cool cabana for two years and used it a handful of times at the beach. We recently went to use it and realized the one support was broken. I reached out to customer service and after sending Will pictures of what broke, he instructed me on what replacement part to buy and how to go about fixing it. They even refunded me the cost of the part! Customer service was hands down the best I’ve gotten from any company and CoolCabanas truly stand by their product! Can’t recommend them enough.

Cool Cabanas are the best! We have two of them for years and they’re great quality. And beyond the products, the customer service is 11/10. So helpful, quick to respond and the nicest people.

Excellent customer service when I had a small issue and such great product. . Would recommend to everyone!!

Bought two cabanas over the last 2-4 years. Amazing and game changer especially with little ones or those hot beach days. Recent windstorm tore a bit on one of them and Coolcabanas worked with us with no questions asked. First class business in first class way. Class act. Fully recommend.

I would give this business 10 stars if I could!! Not only is the tent AMAZING, but the customer service is THE BEST I’ve ever experienced!! All around, couldn’t recommend coolcabanas enough!

We bought a Cool Cabana for a beach trip. Within two days, the sand anchor was badly bent. I emailed to ask about a replacement part which they immediately shipped, free of charge. Customer service gets 10 stars!

Great product, Excellent Customer Service

Five stars isn’t enough for CoolCabana. We absolutely love this product — the quality is top‑notch, it holds up beautifully, and it makes every beach trip better. What really sets the company apart is the customer service. They go above and beyond, respond quickly, and genuinely care about their customers. We’ve never been to the beach without at least ten people asking where we got it, and we always tell them the same thing: CoolCabana is the best.

Cabana itself is the best of all the various sunshades that we have tried. However, the service is absolutely outstanding. We had a problem with our holder bag after a couple of years and it was speedily and effectively resolved. Very impressed with the friendliness and helpfulness of the team at Cool Cabanas. Thank you!

This is a great beach shade. I also own a Shibumi which is worthless on a day with no wind and is extremely noisy on a windy day. It's a great shade if the wind is 6-8 mph and doesn't shift. However, the CoolCabana is great with or without wind. Set up and take down are super easy. The corners have pockets in them for cell phones or sunscreen. I had a slight issue with my sand spike and CoolCabanas was quick to replace it. I highly recommend this product and company.

ordered on Thursday and was delivered Friday! was not expecting that whatsoever
The product itself is just as advertised though; quick setup and quicker breakdown.
