Convivial Services Arvostelua

Bot keeps going offline always having to contact staff to fix. Never a real answer as to why. Decided to cancel and when asked for confirmation of cancellation owner ghosted channel.

the staff is incredible and the work is clean... Very hard to explain exactly what you want especially when you are not a native... But the work is very clean

I wanted to purchase a bot to help fix a problem on my server. Once I entered a ticket on their Discord support page Samxony promptly directed me to their dev dummy_haiz. dummy_haiz was no dummy and was able to very quickly and efficiently figure out that a bot wasn't even needed for my issue. The issue was not fixable on mobile but if I simply logged into Discord on a desktop it was. I've never needed to use Discord on desktop before since I use the Discord app on my phone. So without their help I may not have even resolved my server issue.

I was honestly unsure about what kind of service I would recieve while I was submiting my ticket to Convivial Services since this was my first time using their service. I can assure you however that this crew is first class. They were efficient, honest, helpful. As an ex tier 1 tech support agent I highly recommend Convivial Services for all your Discord bot and server support needs. Feel free to contact me on Discord and I would be happy to vouch for them.

Thank you COASTR-phile, dummy_haiz and Samxony for the help and excellent service!

Sincerly,

I had the best experience with this team. I don’t usually write reviews but they really went above and beyond for me . We hit allot of roadblocks in my project but they spent allot of time and attention to my project and were so helpful.

Quick service, they helped me install the bot. And were patient with me to try to explain, and answer all questions

I asked for the price on a bot I couldn't seem to find anywhere and instead of being just about a $ they searched where I couldn't seem to get to and sent me a discord bot that fit perfectly for free that already existed! devs here that want to help people.

Asher went above and beyond in helping me accomplish everything I wanted done and helped set up the parts I was unfamiliar with.

Found them via top.gg advert. Did the work well, delivered ahead of schedule.

Offered very cost effective hosting of the discord bots.

And helped me to resolve the issues I was facing when deploying the bots to hosting.

Highly recommend

Amazing Service. Got a custom bot made for discord, they helped me with hosting it and adding it to my server and making sure every feature works! will def be back to get more bots done! thank you so much

Great service, would use again!!

They have an understanding team, it was a pleasure to work with Haiz.

I will have plans to work regularly with this team.

The communication from their members has been great and they have all be really helpful during the process of creating my logo. They did very well with putting up with my back-and-forth indecisiveness and ability to explain my end goal clearly.

They were great! They set-up a discord bot exactly to my specifications! Looking forward to working with them again real soon.

P.S. Krishna is a great dev!

im really happy with the work they done to me and it was fast and they are so friendly to me thank you so much , 100% recommended

I am very happy with the results!
Customer attention and service is great, they communicated with me and understood what I wanted. I couldn’t be any happier with my results. Currently working on my second request and it’s better than I pictured it.
The person that was assigned to me is Haiz, really easy to work and talk to! I’ll be coming back for any future needs.

Needed help with designing an Icon and Background image. The team made it very easy and fast, communication was excellent. Will definitely be a returning customer.

I run a Discord server for community members in an E-Bike/PEV niche where we have weekly and monthly giveaways. The weekly giveaways are hosted in our Discord server only for Platinum and Diamond tiers of a monthly subscription membership (that also includes Gold tier) consisting of about 150 members (now only ~50). Convivial services was able to make a custom bot that integrates with Shopify's API and is able to verify what tier a member is, if they're active or cancelled, automatically remove unsubscribed tiers, and give verified members their specific role based on their Shopify tags such as "Platinum" or "Diamond".
They were very knowledgeable and responsive and made this project happen in about 2 weeks of (on my part) on and off communication, just to understand the perimeters and make sure they have all the information to start working on it to save everyone time in the long-term.
Their invoice quote was very reasonable.
They're able to host the server that the bot runs on as well, which makes it just that much easier to have them set up + have everything in one place with one team.
Overall 5/5 rating. They walked me through everything and explained stuff that I was unsure of or had questions about and made the process super simple.
Would recommend and absolutely do business with again.

Thanks to everyone that made it happen.

The service was fast and they got everything I wanted but there was a few hiccups in the road. Overall pretty well.

An excellent, affordable development service dedicated to customer satisfaction. I know nothing about bot development, but the team at Convivial Services walked me through the entire process and helped me create the exact bot that I needed all within 24 hours.
