SCAM COMPANY. The only CHANGE they want is more money in their bank account. I signed up for a single £10 donation to a cause I support and I get an email saying my donation is a single one off payment. Then I find the next month another £10 has been taken. I bet little goes to the cause. Stay away!!

Seit wochen nicht möglich sich einzuloggen und den Beitrag zu kündigen, der sowieso sehr versteckt als monatliches Abo getarnt war, statt einer Einmalzahlung.
Die Seite gibt immer nur Verbindungsprobleme an, jedoch kann man trotzdem binnen Sekunden einen neuen Account erstellen. Lächerlich.
Kundenservice ist nicht erreichbar.

C'est bien que ça existe, par contre les trucs pas net pour validé une signature qui propose de payer, et qui "propose" d'en signer d'autres a la fin comme étape de validation de celle qu'on veut soutenir... bof bof...

Pas moyen de supprimer les signatures sur ces dernières donc radicale, j'ai supprimé le compte... Tant pis pour celles que je voulais signer.

J'ai signé une pétition et fait un don de 10 euros et je me suis retrouvé avec une ponction mensuelle de 10 euros sans l'avoir accepté. J'ai fait une réclamation et j'ai immédiatement été remboursé. Preuve d'honnêteté ou hyper-réactivité pour éviter les ennuis... à vous de juger. Le retour fait à on mail de façon immédiate et automatique laisse peu de doute quand au recours systématique à ce "dark pattern" de la part de change.org sur leur site :

"La contribution mensuelle a été activée après une contribution ponctuelle à une pétition. L’option d’activer une contribution mensuelle est proposée avec la possibilité de refuser. Dans ce cas, elle a peut-être été activée par erreur."

The platform is free, easy to sign, and if wanted provides information on the progress of the petitions.
I will definitely keep on signing there petitions, especially to help animals in great distress, since the voices of many people can change the entire world of an individual as well as that of many others.
No matter what species, no animal is too insignificant to deserve protection, help, and justice and no action is too small!

Dishonest company that will charge you monthly even if you only sign up for a single donation. Try to do something nice and this company will scam you.

Signed up to a petition, so change.org took my money every month for many months. Wow. You try and do something nice and change.org take you kindness for weakness and scam you.

ich weiß bis heute nicht, wie ich auf den Button "donation" gekommen bin. du kommst über die webseite und support nirgends zum punkt "kündigung". es wird fleißig abgebucht und ich verstehe nicht, wie ich aus dieser nummer raus kommen kann🫤. ach im übrigen, wer hier positiv bewertet, hat noch nicht recherchiert. us-unternehmen, dass unsere daten zu werbezwecken weiter verkauft. herzlichen glückwunsch.

I sign a petition, its on the page for a week, then it goes off my petition page and wants me to sign again. they removed my petition vote.

Mon épouse a pensé bien faire en s'inscrivant sur cette plate-forme après avoir rendu visite à son médecin. Une affiche avec les coordonnées était présente dans la salle d'attente. Depuis son compte est débité tous les mois de 10€ et elle ne parvient pas à se désincrire.

Ich habe bei einer Petition mitgemacht. Es wurde dann um eine Donation gebeten, um der Petition mehr Nachdruck zu verleihen. Ich hab den vorgeschlagenen Mindestbeitrag angeklickt, dann dummerweise übersehen, dass ich gleichzeitig auch eine monatliche Donation, zeitlich unbegrenzt, geklickt habe. Es hat mich 2 Stunden gekostet, diese rückgängig zu machen. Es wird alles von Seiten Change.org dafür getan, dass die Kündigung schwierig wird. Ich hätte schon stutzig werden sollen, weil bei den Bezahlungsmodalitäten PayPal ( also mit Käuferschutz) angeboten wurde, dann aber nicht funktionierte. Dann ging es nur über Kreditkarte, beziehungsweise Apple Pay. Jetzt habe ich auch noch eine kriminelle Abbuchung aus Australien bekommen. Möglicherweise besteht ein Zusammenhang. Vorsicht mit change.org!

I donated only once, then they recorded my card details, and keep charging my card every months!! A bunch of SCAMMERS

They signed me up to monthly payments with no option on there website to cancel..... I didnt sign up to monthly payments. They design there website to go round in circles if your trying to do anything......PLEASE DO NOT USE

I couldn't even sign a petition because they won't accept my email address telling me to use my personal email address. I have my own domain and can make any email address I like and I use different emails for a variety of different sites and they are all my own personal addresses.
Who do these guys think they are to tell me that one of my personal email addresses is not a personal email address.
Emailing their support team just gets a response that they deliberately block what they believe are not personal email addresses. So they are deliberately stopping people signing petitions. What a joke of a company.

Wenn es gehen würde, würde ich 0 Sterne vergeben. Monatliches Abo kann nur mit Konto Kündigung gekündigt werden.

Ai fait un versement unique de 10€ pour une pétition
et depuis jje suis harcelé car mon versement s'est transformé sans mon autorisation en prélèvement mensuel
De plus ils sont injoignables

Terrible fishing site for unrequested repeat donations. Difficult to cancel as website a broken mess . I had to go through my bank . I will never use or promote change .org again
