So initially, I made a mistake and ordered the wrong controller. So I asked for a refund, they emailed me quickly! And they were so polite about it! They promptly gave me an options how to return it and a label to print. They were so nice that I asked what options I have to change the controller I bought into what I actually wanted. They emailed me back right away with a price quote on the options I originally wanted. So I shipped the controller back they updated it with all the bells and whistles and got it right back to me! The best customer service I’ve ever gotten. Thank you again !!!

They were responsive whenever I had questions with my order yes it took a little bit of time to get controller but wasn't pushing info about it unlike the other companies

I know there are a lot of different companies who make controllers and the prices vary some cheaper and some more expressive. Not all companies take the time to customize the controller to your liking. Gamenetics has fair pricing and an excellent product. I purchased the PS5 Joker controller with TMR joysticks. I couldn't be happier with the purchase. The presentation from the box to the carrying case for the control and then of course the controller. No more stick drift while gaming. I highly recommend getting your next controller from Gamenetics.

Support helped. Controller developed an issue after months. . Seems the controllers do not last for a few years. but support gave a few step to try and if it did not work, the controller can be sent for a paid repair. It worked and controller is fine now.

Amazing controllers btw. Customer service can do better but I'm still satisfied with the services.

I’d give less than 1 star if I could! NEVER buy from this company! I bought a gorgeous controller from them. Took 3 months just to get the damn thing. I ordered it bc they have TMR sticks that don’t get stick drift. When I ordered there was no option for the TMR “add-on” I supposedly have to get that on top of the 145$ controller (thats on sale btw). Mind you I looked at the controller listing and THAT ISN’T A OPTION!!!! They wanted me to pay MORE for the sticks even though it arrived all with a bunch if malfunctions making it unplayable! They wanted me to send it back for repairs which would have taken a week. I found a BETTER controller from Razor WITH TMR sticks, back paddles, clicky buttons, AND mouse click triggers that you can turn off and on for only 100$. Their controllers are literally just expensive for looking fancy and then they’re money hungry wanting even more for quality “add-ons.” Razer has 10x better customer service and knows how to make things right for the customer! Do not give this scammy ass shitty company any of your money. Give it to Razer for quality controllers for PC/Xbox because their controller has ALL the add-ons AND MORE FOR LESS!!!!!

Amazing controller

I have to say that they responded to emails, sometimes faster and sometimes slower, especiall during follow-up. They gave a good communication on the order and when the build was delivered, it was as expected.

They are the worst in customer service. I sent in my remote control to be repaired ( warranty) it's been a month so far. I will never ever buy from them again.

They were great good communication and when I got the product it was everything I wanted it to be I’m already planning my next build.

Great customer service and a great product. I had a small issue and sent it back to be repaired and they sent extra parts and a tool if it happens again. Very quick on the repair. I would recommend gamenetics to anyone

They are a great game controller company. I bought controllers there several times very happy with the results. I am a repeat customer. I’ve bought in three controller so far. Love all of them. They do a heck of a job and put their heart and soul into what they do.

So in April june of 2024 I bought a fully customized controler and spent a decent penny on it. Then when iy arived to me the bluetooth was not working. I sent it bavk and they responded quickly with it seems to work fine when they used it. They sent it back to me and i started using different controlers that all had the same issue with the bluetooth. Fast forward a year and a half. I finnally plugged in the antenna on my PC motherboard and, suddenly, all controllers work great including the Gamenetics controller. The Gamenetics controller is now my go to. Overall my experience with Gamnetics was great. Just error on my part for not using antenna for 3 years of having my PC. THANK YOU GAMENETICS

Despite paying for Rush Build and 2nd day shipping. The package was delayed by 2 weeks. Customer service repeatedly gives false information

After only a month or two my A button isn't clicky anymore. I got this controller specifically for the mechanical face buttons and they broke so quickly it's crazy. I would not trust anything from this company. Super expensive too. I tried to contact them but got no response. Only a 30 day return p[policy for a controller is terrible.

I would love to start by saying thank you to gamenetics for the unexpected and amazing customer service. The product itself is by far astonishing. It is way more than expected. The complete customization and hard work that goes behind the scene to build these controllers is high quality. The controllers are build the way you want and function better than advertised. You can use them from basic gaming to intense fast paced games. Great all around controller.

Amazing customer service. Package arrived about a month after ordering. Company is very transparent that it takes time to custom build the controller. The presentation of finished product is wonderful. Excellent customer service and very responsive to emails. Will order in the future. So great that I mentioned customer service twice!

The company is amazing super friendly staff, I had a PS5 controller built by them and it came out amazing my go to controller, I definitely wil be coming back for another one

I love these controllers and the crew behind making them. I bought a controller and then later on decided I wanted the back buttons and sent it to them and they got that done for me very quickly! If there are any issues it gets resolved fast and is built with care. A+ I will be buying from them again to add to the collection I have with them! #Gfam
