They have lost my PS4 Pro and won't pay me. Still don't know what's going on after a couple of weeks.

Edit: Owner called me to apologize and explain the situation. DPD lost the parcel so he refunded my money, apologized and explained the problem. Although the original communication was poor, the follow up was excellent and they are putting things in place to improve communication going forward so I can't have any complaints, especially as they refunded the money even though they still don't have my PS4.

Was kept fully informed through the whole process, and DPD, arrived on time with protected sealed tote to put my PS4 for return ( which made the process easier, than trying to find packaging and posting). Was tested within couple of days, and agree payment was received straight away.

Was very good service apart from the initial picking up over the equipment. The website and emails said that I don't need to package the oculus quest as long as its in its original box. However when Dpd came they wouldn't take it as it wasn't packaged! However next day they picked it up (although I had to rearrange pickup). Then 2 days later they confirmed receipt and the next day they confirmed it was as I'd said and paid me £120 promptly. Very good service except for the initial little hiccup.

I had an HP Omen laptop (from 2020) to sell. ConsoleTradeIn offered an initial valuation of about 820 (Grade A). After about a day after collection (which was smooth) I got a revised offer to reduce the grade from A to B, and quote to 725£. However, even this was much better than quotes received from other trade in areas e.g. CEX was between 500-600. Payment was received a few days after I indicated acceptance of the quote so all in all I consider this a top-notch experience.
Will use the service again in the future.

Bunch of charlatans. Sent fully working PS4 which I was only getting rid of as I finally got a PS5.

Initial quote was £100 revised to £5.00. I was informed that the disc drive needed replacement and that the fans were noisy.

The website says crate will be provided by DPD and insured. DPD said this wasn't the case and just applied a sticker to the front of the original box.

The unit was in full working order when I sent it. Fans always work harder on PS4 at first and then quieten down.

This company are clearly a small time company pretending to be big.

Just a waste of time.

***Reply from vendor below is just a load of rubbish and appears to be their standard line when anyone complains about their shoddy amateurish service. There was nothing wrong with the unit, and the nonsense about marks on the unit wasn't even on their report (there are no marks on the casing, so is just a standard line.

Checked unit when returned, and had message saying the unit wasn't even shut down properly. Checked drive by installing Last of Us Part 2 which worked correctly (25gb install).

Use this l company at your peril - they're a bunch on liars out to get your product for next to nothing.

I'm sure their practices will sink their business in the end.

Submitted on the website, and didn't receive an email confirmation straight away, which caused a little concern - I did check my spam folder. Checked the reviews here, which were mixed, but noticed the pattern seemed to be complaints about the price offered, rather than the actual service, which reassured me somewhat. (With a free return if you don't like the offered price, this seemed an odd complaint to make, especially as all courier costs and packaging are included, but that's just my opinion!)

Sure enough I then received an email a few days later confirming collection. Courier arrived with a crate, into which I loaded the Playstation, which was so much easier than having to package it myself. Received an email confirming receipt, and then another email a few days later confirming the price was as originally quoted for a B grade item. Another couple of days later the money was in my account.

So all in all an excellent experience, apart from the lack of an email confirming the initial request. Price seemed competitive compared to other services, especially taking into account the fact you don't need to package or pay for shipping, and there's a free return if you don't like their offer. Will definitely be using again.
