Setting up the Signal hero ultra 1000 felt like a bit of a mission at first! Looking at all the bits in the box was slightly confusing, but once I looked at the manual, the setup started to make sense. George was great, too—he confirmed my installation plan and helped me realise that the chimney (where our old TV aerial was) was the best shout for the outdoor unit.I managed to run everything through the loft without any drama. George even threw in some adhesive clips so I could avoid drilling, which made the whole thing look much more professional.I’ve gone from 1 bar and 'SOS' in the loft to a steady 4 or 5 bars. Even the kitchen, which was a complete dead zone, has perfect signal now. As I work from home, having 5 bars in my office is a total game-changer. WiFi calling is notoriously flaky, so I’m over the moon to have a proper, consistent signal at last. Highly recommended!!!!

The Signal hero kit definitely does the job. I had to spend a fair bit of time messing about with the outdoor aerial and trying different spots around the house to find the transmitter, mainly because the signal is pretty shocking in most of our rooms. In the end, I had to grab an extension kit because of our thick walls, but once that was sorted, it made a massive difference. We went e Hero Force 300 Pro and it's brilliant both my wife and I have a much Copied na now.

Ordered a booster through signal hero boosters, however the order got delayed in shipping and I did not receive it until a day after a deadline i needed to have the product installed by. I do not believe the shipping issue was their fault
I explained the situation and they collected the shipment and issued a full refund.
Overall very professionally handled by the team , especially as the shipment was out of their control.

I ordered a 4G signal booster as the signal in my area is terrible.
For a few weeks the product worked as advertised however, it suddenly started actually making the signal worse meaning that we had to turn the signal booster off to get any signal at all.
I raised this complaint with the company who had me downloading an app so that I could run a test and email them the results.
When they received the results they have said that the mobile provider must of changed the frequency which is nothing to do with them and often happens so I need to buy a better signal booster for considerably more money!
This is crazy considering I have only had the product for 8 months.
There website states all over the place that they offer 'Free returns, no questions asked.' and 'Fix poor signal forever - Or you don't pay.'
It also comes with 3 years free warranty but, they simply say there's nothing that can be done, I just need to pay for a better booster.
When you go onto the website there is a questionnaire that supposedly makes sure that you get the perfect booster for your requirements and I explained that this is what they first recommended to me and they say its not their problem.
They are refusing even a replacement so at this point the website is looking like a complete scam.

I have been very impressed with the service from Signal Hero. Initially the device was not suitable, but I was able to convey the issue via their customer service team (Thanks George!) and they identified the issue and sent a replacement repeater box. This is a game changer for my home office. Barely 1-bar to 4-bars. Highly recommend.

I have very little patience when doing anything that I know will irritate me. But this was easy to install. They were extremely helpful when emailing too

We are a small company located at the heart of New Forest, where a stable signal is hard to come by. Our sales team was struggling to get a sufficient signal for calls, which affected their ability to carry out daily tasks.
George was able to pick a system that was suitable for our needs and the delivery only took a couple of days. Setting up the system does not require any training and can be done within minutes. The signal has increased from a single bar to a full set of five bars. The company is now able to operate without signal causing any issues.

I recently ordered a Signal Booster Kit from you because our Smart Meter, despite repeated attempts by Octopus Energy, simply refused to pick up a signal from our phone provider, O2.

Installation was straightforward. I mounted the outside aerial, ran the cable into the cellar where the smart meter is located, connected everything up… and bingo. We went from a barely-there, flickering one bar of signal to a solid four bars almost instantly.

When Octopus Energy next arrived, the meter sprang into life as a proper smart meter and is now happily communicating with the EV charger. That was the whole point of buying the unit, so we’re delighted.

However, there was an unexpected bonus. Even though the indoor aerial is in the cellar, the signal throughout the house has improved dramatically. Previously we had one bar, occasionally two if the wind was blowing in the right direction and you stood on one leg. Now we have four bars across all three storeys of the house.

We were also given helpful advice and were actually recommended a cheaper option than the one we originally asked about, because it was better suited to the job. That sort of honesty is rare and very much appreciated.

So, well done Signal Heroes. The name is entirely justified.

Had the Signal Hero professional booster installed in our basement by their own team really solid job. We weren't expecting such a noticeable difference, but the signal's been brilliant since. Absolutely worth it top work, lads!

We're in an area with weak signal and our calls used to drop all time. After installing this, the problem completely disappeared.

Promised by Diana (the customer support specialist) after reminders never refunded, even when promised it would be sorted last week.

Having just moved to our new rural property we found we had good phone signal outside but struggled to make and recieve calls on both Optus and Telstra inside the house mainly i think due to double insulated roof and double glazed windows. Having spoke to several local suppliers who only wanted to sell us thousands of dollars worth of gear that they said may or may not work we came across mobile signal boosters and what a breath of fresh air they are. George and Elena where fantastic as i probably annoyed the hell out of them with the amount of questions i asked but they happily walked us through the process and we now have a good booster and reception inside is really good no trouble taking or making calls and easy internet via our phones. So if you want your signal boosted don't waste your time and money on maybe's just ring mobile signal boosters and get it sorted the first time.

Delivery was swift and after that we needed a connection! No problem they sent out straight away.

We were dubious about the investment costs but already we can now avail of smart tariff and cheaper ev charging because the smart meter now gets signal.

Hatte nach Ankunft des Paketes ein kleines Problem der Montagehöhe des Booster das aber nach einem kurzen Mail gelöst wurde. Das Produkt hat mich nach erstem Test durchaus überzeugt, hatte nach dem einschalten
sofort beste Verbindung am Handy obwohl ich das Gerät nur auf 3m Höhe anstelle der vorgegebenen 6m montiert habe. Deswegen volle Punktzahl von mir.

I ordered a signal booster for ireland , ordering was simple and received my signal booster kit a week later . Installed and straight away had 5 bars all around my house. 2.5 days later lost all 5 bars on booster. Called support explained problems the a new replasment booster was ordered. Recvived notice upc delivery date but told €42 import tax needed to be paid , quick email to customer support and duty was sorted . New booster installed and back to 5 bars all around house. I don't normally write reviews but credit where credit due signal booster ireland customer support first class

I was really struggling to get any signal in the basement service from all mobile providers here is just rubbish. At first, the booster kit didn’t seem to fix it, so I got in touch with the Signal Hero support team. They checked everything and found out my phone was picking up a specific 5G signal that worked great outdoors but not with the booster. It actually worked fine on other phones! They swapped my unit for a different one, and now I’ve got full bars everywhere. Big thanks to David and Diana for the professional and friendly help.

Signal Hero have really delivered on their promise. My booster is working great, calls are much clearer now. Phone's data speed still isn’t as good as I hoped, and I’m not sure why the 5G hasn’t connected yet. I’m still experimenting with different antenna positions to lock onto the 5G mast. Overall, I’m very pleased with the service and the quality!
