I had a brand new Alienware Laptop that I wanted to sell off. I was quoted £750 - £1000 by other providers. I entered the specification and I was given a very generous quote of £1400. Free collection was arranged with DPD and the whole process took 3 days from collection to getting paid out. If you list your specifications and gradings honestly and correctly, you will have no issues whatsoever. The communication was very efficient and prompt. I would happily sell to this company again if I have anymore devices to sell.

Payment took over two weeks to get to me but it turns out it was due to IT issues at their end. Hopefully they can resolve email and website login issues soon. Once I managed to get hold of them they were very helpful and payment received the same day.

I was a bit sceptical using this service, had a console that was unopened and was dreading them getting back to me saying there was issues with it. But nothing of the sort happened, Collected on Tuesday and exactly 1 week later full payment is in the bank. Would use these guys again.

Sent item into sell was picked up , had a change of heart and they sent item back to me with no issues, so my experience was good even though i didnt sell there courier system works well with tracking/updates and were very helpful via email and phone.

Very easy process. Someone came and collected my oculus. Received an email 2 days later saying they’ve received it and everything works as stated. Money was in my bank within a few hours

Sent an item to them oculus quest 2.
Offered 220.
Sent it in with a mains plug and cable.
They emailed saying cable missing and there was a dirty mark on the strap and offered me £187.
I refused and said send back.
Received back after nearly a week and saw the dirty mark which I cleaned in 5 seconds with a baby wipe.
But now the mains plug and cable is missing and the lenses steam up.

After talking ti them we can only assume that the courier has taken the items out of the box so I’ll expect an insurance claim.

Fortunately for me I sold it today on gumtree for £300 after buyer fully tested.

Really easy to do. I sold my oculus quest 2 with them. DPD came to collect my package and next working day I had the money in my bank. I recommend and would use them again.
