We’re sorry to read your review and disappointed to see misleading claims being shared across multiple platforms. Unfortunately, the experience you’ve referenced was not due to any fault of Connect UK Auctions but rather an issue with your own solicitor, which has been documented.
Regarding your mention of the Advertising Standards Authority (ASA), it appears there’s been some misunderstanding. The case you referred to related solely to an old advert which included a specific ROI statement. We had verifiable case studies to support that claim, but in full cooperation with the ASA, we immediately removed the advert in question and the case was formally resolved. This matter had no bearing whatsoever on our business practices or client transactions.
As for the so-called ‘AI Agentic analysis,’ this is not a credible or recognised method of assessing a company’s reputation.
It’s also important to address your recent conduct online. Commenting repeatedly on our employees’ LinkedIn posts, leaving a barrage of hostile messages, and posting the same claims across multiple channels is, quite frankly, harassment. While we welcome open discussion and constructive feedback, ongoing harassment or abuse of our staff is completely unacceptable. As a result, we’ve had to formally report this matter.
