Connectbeauty Arvostelua

Good customer service. Prices+VAT was ok, a little higher than expected though, lol.
Delivery was later than expected. They said next day delivery but it took at least a week.
Some items arrived broken but Lauren sorted everything out. Overall, my experience was ok

Always a best of the best price and service

Simply brilliant,

Prompt delivery
Well packaged

I placed this order with full confidence through connectbeauty.co.uk. The process was fast, efficient, and transparent.

Very bad experience.
Ill try to call not receive any phone calls, and my emails were not answered. Communication was extremely poor.
The dispatch was also very late, which caused a lot of inconvenience.

Overall, I am very disappointed with the service and would not recommend it.

I had a great experience with this company. I ordered some products for my online marketplace. The order process was simple and clear. My items were dispatched very quickly and received my order in very short time. The items arrived in very good condition. Connect beauty was very responsive with my communications. Great overall experience!

Superb Website ... Helped me on all aspects of improving my business .. I hope to have a long and prosperous relationship with Connect Beauty

excellent products with good prices, they even update me on new stocks and new prices

Terrible experience. About a quarter of the items I received were not new or even the ones I ordered. Some were in such bad shape they couldn’t be resold. I emailed them and never got a reply. Avoid this wholesaler.

Always prompt delivery and quick to answer any questions or deal with queries.
Use regularly and would certainly recommend :)

5***** Service
my only small gripe is that the minimum order is £500

Totally disgusting customer service I order stuff last week few items not right now I tried to call 50 times on given number no answer at all I sent 3 emails no reply seems like some scam company

Great product with great prices . Their refund is very quick as well !

friendly website made finding exactly what I needed a breeze, and I truly appreciate the detailed product descriptions and reviews that helped me make informed choices.

Moreover, your customer service has been outstanding. Whenever I've had questions, your team has been prompt and helpful, ensuring I felt supported throughout my shopping experience.

Every product was delivered as desplayed

I have been selling cosmetic for 3 years now
Connect beauty is the only wholesaler we didint had any issue over the past 3 years there staff is very helpful too 👏👏

Absolutely appalling. To buy cheap is to buy Dear. Decent prices but service is atrocious. They lie saying they are doing your order that day but a week later they told me they where back logged !!!!
If you're happy to wait weeks & weeks for your order then connect beauty is for you. The sister company "Link Direct" is even worse. AVOID at all costs.
