Customer service should be negative 5 stars. They are absolutely terrible.

Such a crookedcompany they changed their name to Commas. Please do not use this company for credit card processing. They do not know what they are doing. They WILL try to take large summs from your bank account.

Y'all are nothing but a scam. Y'all took 106.00 dollars from my husband . You asked him were y'all could send the money to but instead of giving him the money y'all tried to take money from him. Y'all are nothing but a joke. SCAMMERS

Soooo, I get an email stating they need more information about my scam review, even the people that register you agreed that I might as well cancel since I don't have more & more $$ to get to " The Button" to make money, please do not fall for this like I did.

I made the requested payment of $67 to enroll in this plan with the expectation of earning $ through AI. I received one telephone call shortly afterwards in which I was told that someone else would be calling. I never received any other contact. Because of this I would call it a scam and I need a way to get my $67 back.

I purchased something else recently where vendor did not deliver. FanBasis once again refunded me the money quickly. Great experience with them.

SCAM COMPANY, charged a lot of thousands of dollars to my bank account, I had my information stolen somehow and the transaction appears to be under Fanbasis. My bank gave me the number this company gave them and it turns out to be a health insurance company. I need this taken care of Fanbasis. Based on every other reviews I guess everyone is getting fraud cases from here. Resolve this !!!

whop is just as bad for other reasons but damn this is the worst support i've ever seen out of a company, would definitely not recommend using fanbasis to process payments as a high ticket coach

Extremely crooked company. Do not use them. No customer service. How do they not have an 800#? Any company that does not have an 800# is not a real company. They tried to take $37,000.00 out of our bank account for no reason - we did not even process that much. Seems to be a lot of complaints here. Please contact the Florida Attorney Generals Office and the FTC(Federal Trade Commission). Please make sure to write all of your reviews like at the BBB. People need ot be warned.

Been a great experience with fanbasis. Namely the Clarity pay has been a game changer for us getting tons our clients qualified to be able to work with us. Highly recommend!

When I signed up, FanBasis/ScaleClients clearly advertised a 30-day, no-questions-asked refund — "100% refund within the first 30 days, for any reason." I requested my refund on day 24, well inside that window. Instead of honoring it, the company denied my request and misrepresented their own policy, inventing a condition ("not active enough") that appears nowhere in the refund terms I was shown at purchase. A written 30-day "any reason" guarantee is not optional fine print — it's the promise that got my money. Refusing it and lying about what the policy says is exactly the kind of bait-and-switch consumers should be warned about. I'm out $7,800 and still owed a full refund. Avoid until they honor the refund policy they advertise.

This is not what it portrays itself to be. They ask a lot of personal questions and then require more money if you want to proceed. SCAM!!!!

My account was restricted and funds were placed on hold for 120 days absolutely ridiculous. Ive been using PrivexPay now without any issues.

I sent $67 and was instructed to call a number but when I did, I got a busy signal! I would like a total refund immediately!

My experience with FanBasis has been extremely disappointing.

After being encouraged to grow my business through the platform and process significant volume through FanBasis, my account was suddenly placed under review and my funds were restricted.

During the review process, I fully cooperated with every request made by the Risk & Compliance team. I provided extensive documentation, contracts, business records, accountant verification, explanations of transactions, supplier information, and every piece of supporting evidence requested.

Despite my cooperation, communication throughout the process was extremely poor. Responses were often delayed, updates were limited, and I was repeatedly left without any meaningful explanation as to what was happening with my account or when the review would be completed.

The ongoing restriction of funds had a severe impact on my business. Payroll was disrupted, operations were affected, and I ultimately lost staff members while waiting for the review process to conclude.

Following weeks of cooperation and document submissions, my account was ultimately terminated on the basis that it allegedly exceeded the platform’s risk thresholds. However, no specific explanation was provided as to what risk factors led to this decision.

Perhaps most frustratingly, my funds continue to be withheld following account termination, with FanBasis advising that the release process may take up to 120 days. For a business that relies on cash flow, this has had significant commercial consequences.

I also raised questions regarding a dispute that appeared on my account and sought clarification after speaking directly with the customer involved. To date, I remain dissatisfied with the explanations provided.

I appreciate that platforms have compliance obligations and must manage risk. However, in my experience, the process lacked transparency, communication, and fairness.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend FanBasis to business owners who rely on consistent communication, clear decision-making, and timely access to their funds.

Terrible terrible service. Wasted 2 months dealing with these guys as a payment solution for my company. Specifically dealing with Owen Whiting. I spent nearly 10k Aud intergrading them into my companies backend just to have the most simple comms ignored. These guys are super unprofessional. I eventually just gave up and had to accept I lost 10k plus all the money I could of made during the 2 months. Steer clear.
