Signed up for $67 one time fee. After signing up get into a sales call that asks for all my personal financial credit information and asks me to open a new line of credit. Then later in the call, I am told I will be needs to invest 5-7,000 on the new card to get started with absolutely no explanation of the process or business model. The platform is NOT registered with financial regulators. In the U.S., that’s the SEC or CFTC. STILL waiting for my refund on my 67$.

Do not use this company. They are slow in responding, held money without any reason as to why. No updates with regards to when my money will be proccessed back it says upto 180 days... super vague.

Unhelpful regarding fraud. Don’t buy anything on there as they won’t help you if you’re not delivered what is promised

If I could give no stars I would. This company is an absolute fraud. When I called the number they gave me they asked numerous questions about my finances. This was so supposed to be a 15min call about making money online. They would not tell me why they wanted the information. They just said because they needed to know if I was the right fit. When I questioned them they got angry and said they should just end the call now because I wasn’t the fit. He constantly told me not to interrupt him and that I was rude. He interrupted me numerous times and when I told him he not to interrupt me, he hung up. They wanted to know everything about my finances to include my income. What my house payment was my car payment was if I had trouble paying bills, etc., etc.. They also wanted me to download Credit Karma and make an account so that they could monitor my finances! Please do not do business with this company. You will definitely regret it.

Fanbasis is worse than Stripe! They position themselves as the solution to payment processing, they claim they wont hold reserves on your accounts or terminate you randomly. Well that's a total lie. I had been using fanbasis for about 7 months and processed 200k with them and out of nowhere they just freeze my account. I had no communication or notification of the situation until I had to literally call my representative to gain clarity on the situation which he knew nothing about. I was never provided a reason as to why my account was frozen and eventually got a termination email that also provided absolutely zero reason as to why this was happening. They placed the remaining funds in the account on hold for 3 months and basically told me to screw off myself with no reason. I tried emailing back and asking a valid reason as to why this had occurred and they replied over a week later and denied me any further explanation. This company is run by children, I would not recommend anyone use them. Totally unprofessional.

I paid for a lead-generation service through FanBasis and my experience was disappointing. The seller leads I received were not qualified or ready-to-sell leads as advertised, and attempts to resolve the issue were unsuccessful. I would encourage anyone considering this service to carefully review the terms and research other customer experiences first.
UPDATE AFTER THEIR RESPONSE: I reached out repeatedly for months trying to resolve this. I was charged twice and, during that time, did not receive a single lead. After I continued pursuing the issue, I was eventually given replacement leads. I was told these leads had been contacted or qualified, but when I personally followed up with them, none were remotely interested in selling.

I am updating this review because I believe potential customers should know what my experience was before spending their money. I gave the company multiple opportunities to address the situation before posting this review, and unfortunately, the service I received did not match what I believed I was purchasing.

I began their “process”, paid $67, had some random man call and ask me personal questions such as my credit score, how much debt do I have, how much do I have available on my credit cards vs the limit, etc. He further went on to say several times, “IF you are one of 10 people who we CHOOSE to work with, I am VERY lucky because we are very choosy”. This AFTER they took the $67. Which is apparently a WEEKLY charge that is not mentioned in their advertising. It is a complete scam. I am currently in the process of contacting BBB in addition to TrustPilot to rate. I’ll take the complaint as far as I can to get this in front of as many people as possible.

Great company, 10/10 definitely recommend

Called CSA twice was told my confirmation of cancelation with refund email would come right after the call ended. Checking hours later and no email sent with either call. I do believe this company makes false statements & is nothing but scammers. Will be surprised if I receive the refund promised as stated. Do not use this company!

FanBasis is great. The customer support is out of the word and they go above and beyond to help you with whatever you need. I haven’t had any issues with FanBasis like how stripe is with holding your funds. 10/10

WHAT A SCAM!! First I paid $264 for something they said would be set up in minutes. NOPE!! First you get a call and they wanted $10,000 investment, then more calls and went down to $4000 investment!! And many hours of training each week to set up a’store’!!
DON’T BUY IN TO ‘THE PUSH BUTTON SYSTEM’!!! Total Scam! After 2 days I knew I wanted a refund of my $264. And FANBASIS had a 60 Day Money Back Guarantee! Yea Right!! After filling out forms and trying to reach people! NO REFUND! And told it could take 30 To 60 Days! This should not be ALLOWED!! DO NOT DEAL WITH FANBASIS!!!

Fanbasis should be using their time to actually onboard people (they ghosted me) instead of flagging bad reviews on trustpilot 😂

Now that I've read reviews too, it only confirms that it is a scam. I don't know about the others but I don't have $106 to lose especially when the Representative was asking so many questions, requested last four of my personal digits, listened as I discussed being scammed in the past and still went on to sell me a dud. The Trump Administration needs to hear about this and change needs to be made to stop online ads (that do nothing but collect other people's money then run). Now. send DJT a text at @realDonaldTrump with a strong description of what was most important to you and include attachments (can you attach their video) and maybe screenshot or scan into a pdf then click and send asking President Trump to have DOJ or Elon Musk identify these people, require reform, repayment. This company is in Hollywood, FL. Sad.

I have not heard a word concerning my initial payment. Do I get my money back? Please respond.

Paid $67 and given a phone number, talk to someone and they said I was approved, they'll be sending me information in 24-48 hours. Email never came, and when I tried calling the phone I called the first time, number was no longer any good. I just want my $67.00 back, I'm disputing it now. STRAIGHT SCAM

This business/company is a scam!
I was looking at my bank statement and noticed a transaction I didn't recognised.

I had never heard of this business & never had any dealings with this business but some how got my credit card details and started charging payments to my Credit card. How the hell did they steal my information with out my authorisation?

It was amazing support. Very quick and responsive and the team here provided a concierge service.
