Please do not waste your money on this junk, they are quite useless as hearing "aids".
They are nicely presented in a decent box and charging case, but the good news ends there.
They simply operate as basic crude amplifiers that are prone to feedback squealing at the slightest provocation. This squealing can be controlled at the lowest volume setting, but for anyone with mild or moderate hearing loss even this low setting is too loud.
There is also a constant background white noise hiss that is impossible to ignore.
I've stopped short of calling these a scam, but, in truth, it was a close thing.

When you attempt to return the items you then find you have to send them to China with all carriage/duties/customs charges paid upfront. If you can find a way of doing this (not easy) it will end up being pretty expensive. The only realistic option is to take up their 35% refund offer (and keep the things) which I reluctantly did in order to cut my losses.

They went straight in the bin once I'd received this. So please, do not buy these, you will be disappointed.

Comfi hearing aids don't by them .
You can't use them while driving there to loud even on the lowest setting, there no good just a jumbled mess of noise in your ears just another ripe off company .
My nhs hearing aids are so much better , ( phonax ) infinitely adjustable to your hearing in both ears separately, and not just one overall loud volume were you can't hear the person in front of you, so no good in the car ,the pub, or any social meetings it just becomes one loud noise.ive had them in for 4 days now and no change, useless.

Bought an identical pair under another name. Did not fit properly and tried from return them under their advertised trial period. They put all sorts of barriers in the way and had to threaten with county court.

N’acheter pas c’est bidon, si l’article ne vous convient pas,et c’est peu de le dire la qualité et la tenue est loin d’être au rdv. Pour retourner le produit, il faut le retourner en Chine à ses frais.

Useless waste of Money
I cannot make calls using the card because my account with Comfi was "HACKED", my info was stolen and my account used to make as many calls as possible. Their chat line is almost useless because it takes HOURS for replies and when you get one it's another account question. Customer Service using the phone number doesn't exist, it says to use online chat and the online chat takes HOURS to answer if at all. They used to have great service and a functioning website but not since accounts were Hacked and they haven't even told customers to change passwords etc. A customer only finds out when they try using their minutes and they've find they don't have any because they were hacked.
