Before ordering view the website. Made in Britain? why do returns go to China. No quibble returns- tracked to China £20 postage. £35 esanitation and administration and this applies to an unopened box still wrapped in cellophane. Ordered one two sent both charged for. Avoid this company like the plague NB The aids do not work either

I ordered a set of ClarityPro hearing aids but for some reason there were 2 sets sent and also paid for which I didn't notice at the time. I wanted to send one set back but was told it would need to go to China. I tried the hearing aids but was not impressed with them in a social environment, although they claimed they would be. Yes they amplify the sound so in a small crowd (max 4 people) they are alright but they kept coming out of my ears as they are not measured for my ears. We all have different size ears.
Anyway I sent off the hearing aids to China, at a cost to me, almost 3 weeks ago and they are being held at Chinese customers so I have to wait until they clear customs before the can process a refund. Why a business based UK has to have a returns department based in China is beyond me. So I would say say clear

I ordered CLARITYPRO hearing aids in May 2026 paid £105.00 and yet have not received them, emailed for an update and had no response.

I can’t make any comments because I bought them for my friend

Have fitted them to my ears today I can hear but there was only one small ear bud in the box and the one aid will not fit in my ear properly has bud is too big otherwise I am happy with them

Product arrived very quickly. Easy to set up. Very pleased.

Bit more complicated to find the correct fitting for my ear than I thought it would be

I received the Clarity Pro a few days ago and I am surprised by how much it has improved my quality of hearing. I started to go progressively deaf in my right ear about 10 years ago and after various tests was issued an NHS hearing aid. I did not find this very helpful. To be honest it only marginally helped. I couldn't afford to go private as I am retired on a State Pension, supplemented by a small private pension. So when I saw Clarity Pro advertised, and read the reviews, I thought why not? It's price range was affordable and I am so glad I did. I can now speak to people without asking them to repeat or to guess what they said. I would recommend.

My new hearing aids are great once I sorted out the right ear fitting for my ears they changed my hole listening experience i can now hear everything very clearly it's great. Thank you

Brought mine in June and they are so comfy and easy to clean, can hear the birds singing when I walk my dog and electric cars and vans , I couldn't hear them before I started using my Claritypro.

My partner (who is a78yr old disabled partially blind and deaf) bought 2 pair of hearing aids but they made no difference. She emailed several times but it took a number of emails to get an address to return them. The website state 100% money back, no hassle. The company wants her to return the items tracked mail to China and then told her there would be £35 deducted from the refund. Not 100% then or no questions asked or haste free. It might have been a good idea for the company to tell her that whilst they’re covering the cost of posting the items to her ( just over £3 apparently) she would have the cost of returning them to China. So no full refund, no advice of returning goods TRACKED to China at her expense and lots of hassle

The hearing aids are so well packed and a very neat size. Amazing. Also the size of the ear pieces is perfect they go in so well Quick charging. About the aids I absolutely love them. I can hear everything crystal clear. Never again will I buy expensive ones from a well known firm that charges £2.500 plus. My ones were pathetic so now I have these. Just love them they are so comfortable. I can’t believe how loud my family talk to me now. I have to ask them to talk much quieter. They used to be mad at me saying pardon. Can you speak up. Now it’s me saying lol I heard that. I want to thank you for these. Love them well made and so smart and hardly seen.
