ColourTree Arvostelua

Ordered a sample kit and received it in a few days. Placed my order and it was shipped the next day, great experience and will order again when needed.

My order was delivered promptly and the Sales person was extremely helpful and made sure our Fence shade was exactly as we specified.

Great quality….just got one of two hung…looks great!

I had a few phone calls with customer service and they were excellent and efficient. I got the replacement pool covering in five days. They look beautiful and keep the pool at a reasonable temperature even in 115 degree weather.

Great customer service response

Efficient. Good customer service.

Company stands behind their warranty, no hoops to jump through. Simple process for warranty replacement, new item arrived at no cost quickly.

The service was top notch.
Easy of ordering.
Payment the best I had yet.
I order paid the invoice all why I was on the phone.
Shipping three days later I had my supply.

This is the second time I have ordered this screen in five year's, it works to be less $30 usd a year for a 38 foot fence. We have high winds and UV, it looks great up until the end. For the price point it is a excellent deal. Another plus it does not rattle like fence slats and is very easy to replace. I change out the plastic wire ties to aircraft safety wire in about a month.

The samples that I requested are large and well grommeted!

Customer service was very helpful when we were measuring and ordering the sails. The sails look excellent! I highly recommend!

The timeliness was surperp in resolving my issue. I only was required to send pictures of damaged item. Management made a quick decision and my replacement arrived shortly afterward.

The customer service was very responsive and accommodating to our requests. The quality of the fabric is better than expected. We will recommend this company to our friends and family and will use them again.

The product is good and it came a lot quicker than expected!

It’s perfect and thanks for the samples. We changed our minds after seeing a different color. We love it.

Well, the lady I talk to on the phone super nice and took care of my problems because my first shipment the FedEx driver did not read the package because it stated put box by black gate down the driveway he put it by the trashcan by the road, so somebody took it so my second shipment I had the eyelids were you put the Zip tie were broken on a couple of them I don’t think they were fastened very well. Hopefully I don’t have any issues when it gets windy.

Customer service was very helpful. Returned my calls when needed.

I've ordered from you before (mostly on Amazon) and never been disappointed with your product.

My experience with ColourTree was superb! They exceeded my expectation when it came to customer service, shipping time and quality of the material. These sails are incredible quality, seem very durable and are gorgeous. They make a tremendous difference in our yard. Thank you!

Samples looked great! Chatted with specialist, Eleanor, about custom size and she was most helpful.
