ColourTree Arvostelua

Honored warranty policy and quickly replaced the item

They sent me the wrong size sail then proceeded to give me the run around for weeks. They asked for photos proving the measurement was wrong - and I did. Then they asked for a photo of the USPS receipt - which I sent. And they still haven't created the correct sail. Very disappointed with this experience.

Pleasantly surprised with the warranty process. The online form doesn't really work, but after re-emailing everything, replacement screens were shipped really quick.

Quick, accurate and cheerful customer service for a custom dimension product.

Awesome customer service! Had an issue with one of the sails and it got replaced right away.

We installed the wind screen sent to us by ColourTree on the fence. Looks beautiful. Quality seems to be very good. This is the first winter it will be up. When it came and we installed it, we assumed it to be the right length. There were three sections. All were 3" short after we stretched and installed. We contacted ColorTree and they, after verification, replaced one piece that made up for the short sections. Very satisfied. Haven't installed the last piece yet but believe that they got it right. Will use them again.

I ordered samples to help me decide. They are very ample and all colors are represented.
They arrived in a timely manner.
I look forward to purchasing our backyard sails.

I attempted to get follow up with customer service around switching from one product to another - but got no response both times. Also, the replacement we received was cut incorrectly and was a poor fit for the supports that were already in place. Sadly, the finished look is somewhat sloppy as a result. The only upside is that we didn't have to pay for the replacements (although it is a sad commentary that both shade cloth triangles ripped within a 12-month period).

I ordered their color samples and the yellow was everything I hoped it would be. I've ordered and received their 12' poles. As soon as we get another warm stretch I'll get those installed, so I can provide exact measurements for the shadesail. My backyard is going to be the envy of the neighborhood.

The product is good quality. It showed up really fast. Very happy overall with purchase.

Not good quality

Wrong color, it isn't same color as my previous order.

Colourtree customer service department gave me outstanding help and service on their warranty fulfillment. I absolutely recommend this business. Thankyou!!

Happy I received a replacement shade sail after mine had a tear in it.
Thank You!

ColourTree is an amazing company. Customer service is 10 out of 10. I had a great experience working with them and the product is top notch!

Your customer support is outstanding. However, it took three attempts for me to receive your standard 6x10 screen. The first 2 where all in access of 10'2" one was 10 7". But we finally got it right and they fit great.

Elanor was very caring and considerste. She new my plight.
Thank you, Elanor!

The customer service was amazing! We had an issue with our sun sail & they replaced!

ColourTree's customer service is over-the-top, above and beyond the call of duty, and just generally fantastic!
