Coco & Coir Arvostelua 

Placed order for Coir Mulch. Company took money and said the order was being processed then nothing. Eventually I rang, emailed and left message. Company responded, said they did not have the product and refunded. They are still advertising and you are still able to order a product they don’t have.

Only received one out of a two item order. Raised the issue early July, was offered a replacement which I accepted, then reached out again after a few weeks for an update, then again for an update or refund. No replies after this initial interaction in July . This is a shame as the product is good but customer support and communication is very poor. Would not recommend unless you're willing to gamble getting your full order or assistance.

I really like the product i.e. the coir compost, but this is no use when the product is always out of stock. I checked regularly this year and found it never in stock. Customer service is non existent and they don't answer e-mails. This used to be better a few years ago when I ordered something and even got an account to earn some points for future purchases. I now found a third party seller who sells the product I was looking for (how they do have it in stock when you can't get it on the coco&coir website is a mystery to me). As this was a local seller I got it delivered for free in a short time, but sadly it was still a bit more expensive then getting it from coco&coir directly, but that seemed worth it to me as I could get it hassle free and in a short time.

Just the slow delivery despite paying postage and packing. My plants had to wait to be transplanted.

The goods are fine no problem.

The product I’m after (75l compost coco coir with Nokia) is always out of stock and I’m paying the same price for less quantity (75L to 54L) and always getting my order 2-3 weeks later after I send an email.
I depend on your products and love your products as a small business. Just wish the one I was after is available more often and to buy it from other companies it’s almost double the price.

Very poor communication from customer services. I’m still waiting for 2 bags of coco mulch, 60l worth £21 (approx). It was ordered in January 2026 and now it’s August 2026.

I did eventually received some coir compost which was very delayed.

I’ve sent emails and no one will answer the phone. I would be happy with a quick refund or offered a different product which was in stock-which I probably would have bought as the products are good.

Really disappointed with customer services as I’m not sure if I’ll get my money back or my order of mulch. Probably best to shop somewhere else in the future for garden compost and mulch.

Terrible service, half the items in my order were missing and when I reached out to them they never responded. The items didn’t get lost in the mail by the way, they were never sent with my order. Had to inform my bank and issue a chargeback. Don’t trust this company 👎

Still no parcel from this company after they took my money . That was 5 weeks ago. Customer service did answer once and said they would call me back. No surprise, no call back. Rip off scam company

You alerted me by email me to the product I required being in stock. I wasn't able to see the product I have had before, but a larger pack which I assumed was a double pack. Unfortunately having just looked to make some up, it is one very large pack and I don't have a container large enough or need for that much in one go.

I made any order on the 2/6/26 for compost I needed for planting out saplings and it still hasn't arrived. No one is replying to emails and the contact number doesn't work, I can't even access their website on multiple browsers. When I track the parcel on EVRi it says they're still expecting my order. It seems like a few others have had this problem recently so I'm wondering if they've gone under or worse scamming.

Have used for years as the products were good. However my pre order from Feb has not been delivered yet even though there is stock on the website. No responses to email.

Fast delivery. The all-purpose compost is my sowing and potting medium of choice - will certainly buy again.

Great company, great price, helpful communication and really good compost. My tomatoes are flourishing and need watering less frequently. The ability to store neat, dry blocks is a boon, as we have little space, but do get through lots of compost. Very pleased.

I have used this compost for a couple of years, with good results. This year I tried a more expensive compost but was very disappointed, and have now ordered more of the Coco & Coir!

I still haven't received my order since 27 May and I haven't been able to contact the company by message, by email or by phone to find out what is going on. I do hope to receive my delivery this week!

AVOID

Shambolic customer service. Took nearly 5 weeks to deliver a product that was described as 'In Stock'. In that time, despite repeated attempts to email and call, I received one email. It took the threat of contacting our bank to get them to respond. We understand there can be delays but this in no excuse for ghosting customers. Throughout this whole time the product still said it was In stock on their website.
