Had a booking for 5:30AM to the airport, despite confirming the collection the night before with the office the driver never arrived, ended up having to book Ubers and rush to make the flight.

I tried the office number many times, with no answer and eventually somebody turning off the divert.

So poor.

The driver was 30 minutes late picking 5 people up from a wedding reception in London. His driving was dangerous and the Company was not interested in my complaint. Would never consider using this Company again.

Dropped my van in this morning for a service and MOT - staff were very professional and courteous, did a great job and would highly recommend them. Would use them again.

In the management team one of the members that instead of providing solutions is just a source of trouble.
I'm not making names because I remain a gentleman.
Beware though before taking a job for this company.

I am not happy at all on car driver was drive not safety driver he was very bad

We needed a minibus to transport our staff and volunteer team to a colleagues wedding.
I submitted an online enquiry and it was answered swiftly.
I telephoned the office to make my booking and was sent two payment links to secure the minibus.
The mini bus turned up ahead of time, was clean, comfortable and the driver was lovely.
On the return journey he arrived promptly and made sure everyone was home safely ( even negotiating very dark country lanes)
I would not hesitate to book Clover Cars again for staff or a client group.

We booked Clover cars for our trip from Heathrow on holiday. Our outward journey was the day before our flight to stay at a hotel very close to Terminal 5 for an early flight the following morning. Apart from initially missing the entrance to the hotel, this journey was fine (driver turned up on time and was friendly and helpful). Our return trip was not so good. Our flight was delayed (I had provided flight details) and we arrived over 1.5 hours late. I turned on my phone whilst waiting for our luggage in preparation to call the driver but immediately got a call from the driver, quite abruptly asking how much longer we were going to be as he had been waiting 1.5 hours already. Told him flight had been delayed but company had details of our flight so should have been aware of delay, which isn’t unusual. Explained we had just retrieved luggage and asked where we were to meet him. He said at minicab bay but gave no further information. Followed signs for taxis but these were only for black cabs. Rang him again and asked for directions, told short stay car park but he didn’t know which floor, thought maybe 4/5. Took lift to 4th floor which indicated it was for meet and greet but no signs for minicab pickup. Rang driver again, he said he would come to us. After about 10 minutes rang again and told we should be on 1st floor outside lift. Went there and no signs for Uber or minicabs. Eventually after several calls driver found us! Drivers need to be very clear where passengers should meet them and not get annoyed when tired passengers don’t know where on the terminal the pick up point is!

Excellent service literally door to door service and arrived on time

Requested quote online for return airport run. Booked return 7 seater, dropping at Gatwick with collection 10 days later. Outbound fine, although communication and payment a bit sketchy. On collection which was at 1am on a Saturday morning, they sent a hatchback! Driver unable to reach anyone at base, had to split our party and pay for an Uber out of our own pocket (£65). Followed-up, told would need to call back on a weekday as no mangers in to deal with it. Called agin on the Monday and spoke to Zain, he advised that we were only charged for a 4 seater on the return leg and blamed new staff (your poor staff training is not my problem). I believe this was a straight up lie as I emailed the quote I received in the first place while on the call. Guess who sent the original quote... Whoops! Tried fobbing me off with a voucher to use in future, after some futile attempt for them to take any real responsibility for the situation, settled on £30 refund and a voucher (that'll never get used now on principle). Two weeks later and no refund. Called again, fobbed off again about the refund, was told it will be dealt with the same day. Nearly another week on and still nothing. I don't have time to keep wasting chasing up these jokers. Will never use again and would suggest other think carefully before using.

I booked three cars with Clover Cars for my wedding at the start of June.
One car was meant to pick up family arriving at Gatwick airport but it was late, not as big as it should have been and the driver wasn't where he said he would be.
The next car was booked to pick up my Mum and Dad and other family members on the day of my wedding to take them to the ceremony. Again the car was late, and not as big as it should have been.
The third (AND MOST IMPORTANT) car was booked to take me and my groomsmen from my home to the wedding ceremony but it didn't arrive at all because they had booked it for totally the wrong time. In the end I had to get an uber with my best man, his pregnant wife and one of my groomsmen. The rest of my party had to get a train and tube. What should have been straightforward one way journey was extremely stressful and I nearly didn't make it to my own wedding.
When I called to complain after all this, all they did was refund me the cost of one car, the one that was supposed to pick me up.
The company is totally unreliable and the customer service is a joke. Save yourself the aggrevation AND MONEY and just use Uber.

Had several communications, verbal and email. Booked a vehicle for 9(nine) passengers. They sent a vehicle for 8 passengers. After speaking with their office - this happens regularly
Sent email registering my complaint - no response.
Will never use them again.

After this review was posted I was asked for further details so they could investigate, I have sent all the details I have direct to their admin email address but as yet no response has been received.
I can only take this as the level of service I received on the night and their attitude to customer service are the same. - SHOCKING

Driver was 5 minutes early and waited while I got my cat into her carry case, was very polite and drove carefully. He waited a short while outside the Vet practice and was very nice overall.

Very happy with the service, from booking to drop off.
