The communication on renting the electric scooter was great. Date and time was clarified and any changes were immediately sent to me with me to reply back to confirm. Professional and concern for my needs. I felt very secure dealing with this company.

Great service! My husband broke his foot while on vacation in Boston. We placed an online order for a wheelchair and the ETA suggested it would be 3-4 hours out. They delivered the chair to us in less than two hours so we were able to still enjoy the sights of the Boston Harbor and local area before getting to an urgent care. They picked up the wheelchair from our hotel. Very pleased and thankful for this service!

Communication was excellent. Bryan texted me ahead of drop off and pick up and it was so easy. The wheelchair I rented was in great shape, very clean and easy to use. I would absolutely use this company again.

GMS Medical went above and beyond providing me with a scooter (even swapping it out a couple of times) to meet my needs and see that both my Magic Conference followed by my family vacation were a GR8 success. I rented a scooter from Cloud of Goods for my cruise. When I got to the port, my scooter was there waiting on me. I had a very smooth pick up and delivery. I will definitely use them again.

Do not use for stroller rentals. I received a stroller that was stained, dirty, smelly and stained. I was disgusting.

This was the easiest & most seemless process to book, drop off & pickup!! The equipment was great and the battery stayed charged for 2 full days of adventuring in NYC. 10/10 recommend!

Joel was fantastic. Contacted me the day prior to delivery and the day prior to pick up. He arrived at the early end of the delivery window and was very courteous and helpful.

I could not have enjoyed this vacation without the scooter. It was on time, where I was told it would be. Picking it up was a breeze. The scooter was amazing. Thank you!

Delivery at the port was easy. Scooter was in good shape. Young man was pleasant. Battery stayed charged all the day. First time use of a scooter was fairly easy.

The affiliate company they set us up with delived a chair that was rickety, a bolt fell out, horn didn't work, and kept dying even with a fully charged battery. When I spoke with them, they said they knew it had issues but it was their "old faithful ".

Brilliant service and lovely to deal with. Ordered last minute and the wheelchair arrived and was later collected on time. Such a game changer for a kid with a broken leg at the parks- much easier and cheaper than using the park chairs. Thanks!😊

This review is for cloud of goods Anaheim. One star is too good, delivered the wrong wheel chair three hours late, their local agent Paul was rude and obnoxious tried telling us a transport chair with wheelchair wheels added was exactly the same as a lightweight day chair we ordered. We then waited two hours for it to be collected and ignored all calls and messages. A disgrace and embarrassment to the company.

I rented 2 bariatric transport wheel chairs for my grandparents while we were on vacation in MIA and I must say it was worth it. They delivered directly to the hotel for us and even picked them up when or vacay was over. Def recommend

I knew nothing about Cloud of Goods until I searched the internet for a mobility scooter.
I have had a great experience with them.
They delivered the scooter to the hotel exactly when stated.
Overall. Highly recommended.

I rented an ultralight wheelchair and received a lightweight/standard chair. When I called Cloud of Goods all they would do for me is give me the phone number for the partner that fulfilled the order. When I called them they insisted they sent the correct thing. Customer service on both ends was awful.
