I had an amazing experience with Cloud of Goods in Savannah. The only thing is that when you are booking your scooter, they don’t let you know their specific delivery hours. When I was booking my rental, it allowed me to choose any time so I believed that they would deliver at that time and I would make it to my event. But they only have specific delivery hours and I wish that was known on the website while booking. My delivery driver was more than happy to drop it off the day before and pick up the day after because when I booked it to drop it off the day of my event, the delivery driver was not available so having the hours on the site would be helpful so there is no miscommunication. Other than that, my rental worked great, it was clean, fully charged, and ready at the front desk of my hotel. Thank you cloud of goods!

The scooter was nowhere to be found when I arrived at my hotel. It was supposed to be delivered between 10 and 11 am and didn't arrive until late that night. The next day when I used it, the power was low and would not go up a hill. I had to get off of it and pull/push it up a hill. This was the worst scooter I've ever used/rented. I was told via text that I would get a full refund and now they are only giving me a partial refund. Do not not rent mobility scooters from this company.

Needed a rollator to help with balance and stability while on vacation at the beach. It would have been a lot of trouble to fly with mine. Found “Cloud of Goods” online. In a very short time I had an order and delivery scheduled for the first day of vacation. Communication was excellent. The driver delivered on time. Pick-up was easy. The driver was kind enough to come a little earlier to help us with getting to the airport earlier! Vacation was safer and made more enjoyable with the equipment and services provided by “Cloud of Goods”

On a recent trip to Palm Springs I reserved a walker through Cloud of Goods for my wife that turned out to be a bad decision on my part. The red flags started going up when I received a call asking if they could deliver the walker two days in advance of our arrival. Of course I declined as I was concerned I would be charged for two extra days. Next was when the frustration started. We arrived at the Airbnb we reserved to find the walker had been delivered, unassembled, still in a box. I was on vacation and wasn’t prepared to do the assembly nor was this in my vacation plans. What followed over the next few days was many emails back and forth with no resolve. I asked for a refund for the 2 days not used. and to add insult to injury they refunded $10. It should have been $50. Good luck if you use this company. You’ve been warned.

My family and I recently visited Baltimore for our son’s graduation and my 78 year old mother came with us. We rented a scooter for her and it was the best desicion we made. It gave her the liberty to enjoy the city without measing anything. Cloud of Goods provided an excellent service. They delivered the scooter in the hotel a day in advance and picked it up the day after we left, which gave us the opportunity to enjoy until the last minute. They were quick to answer any questions and were very friendly and professional. Thanks so much. Will definitely recommend.

There were some issues with the transaction but the lady tried honestly to make things right.

Peter provided 5 star service from start to finish. He kept me updated on his ETA for both drop off and pick up of the wheelchair rental. Great customer service and product! I rented a mobility scooter for my wife in Las Vegas. Scooter was delivered and picked up on time. Communications was quick and easy both with text and phone.
Pricing was half the price of the hotel rental mobility scooter.
Well rent from them again on our next trip!

Don’t waste your money.

Despite emailing explicit instructions to leave with reception a knee scooter was left on a random floor of our block - I was told it was outside our room. Which would be odd as at the point of booking I didn’t know the room number.
Still, we found it. It turned out to have a broken brake. It wasn’t immediately apparent how dangerous this was as there are two, but on trying to slow the scooter down it became clear it wasn’t working. My partner had to step in and physically stop it.
Despite reporting this and being assured a replacement was happening it’s now day five and no word from the local supplier, nor CoG. Multiple emails and calls go unanswered.
I feel both cheated and not a little disrespected. Utterly poor service. Please look at alternatives before you book.

Latest update. CoG has reviewed the hire and said the scooter was in perfect condition on deposit and pick up. I’ve just resent the photo of the broken brake; I’ve also pointed out the significant amount of time I’ve spent chasing down a response from both them and the local supplier. So if you’re in Chicago and contemplating a hire - beware!!!

This is first time renting from the cloud, took my mom out to Butchart Garden in Victoria for mother's Day. Rented a electric wheelchair, and mom enjoyed her ride around the garden. Wheelchair was delivered in good and clean condition, person delivering wheelchair was knowledgeable and explained clearly on how to operate, also delivery and pickup time was very flexible. Will use service again when needed.

This is the second time I’ve used Cloud of Goods to rent a wheelchair for my mom. This time we were traveling to Colorado for her 70th birthday and being able to rent the wheelchair enabled her to enjoy all of the activities we had planned without having to worry about being in pain or getting too tired from walking with her cane. Nick from Mobility Masters of Colorado was flexible and provided both drop off and pick up at the time we requested.

I can only give the highest praise to Cloud of Goods. Communication was excellent and delivery and pickup were made to my convenience and we're both so smooth. Thank you.

Thank you cloud of Good I traveled international to Canada and ordered a scooter!! It allowed me to keep up and attend all the festivities planned with my friends on our girls trip without interruption!

I rented a mobility scooter for a trip to Chicago for my wife who recently had a knee replaced. I paid in full and was expecting the scooter to be delivered to our hotel when we arrived. We got there and no scooter. I looked at my emails and their partner was supposed to get ahold of us to arrange the delivery which he never did I called his number, and it went to voice mail which was full, and I could not leave a message. I called cloud of good main number in Florida, and after a few different calls including them telling me they will call me back and did not. They said they were sorry but could not get us a scooter until the next day.
I wasted quite a few hours between trying to get an answer from them and trying to get another scooter locally which wasn't able to do. I finally called them back and had them bring the scooter the next day. I was credited a total of $11.50 for a day on a $193 5-day rental. my wife was stuck at the hotel the first day of our 4-day trip to Chicago. I know they have not much control of their local delivery partners, but I think they could have made a better effort to make their customers happy after completely dropping the ball!
I will not be using Cloud of Goods again!

After open heart surgery, I needed a recliner that stands the user all the way up. I rented a recliner from Cloud of Goods. Obviously I wasn't feeling well so I didn't research reviews before ordering. A recliner was promptly delivered but it was hard plastic with very little padding. It was too painful to use it so I called to have it picked up. I requested a refund or at least a partial refund. It cost me almost $600 for one month rental. Every time I contacted the company, I received an email that said, we will review your account and contact you within 24 hours. They never contacted me. I bought a recliner on Amazon that is appropriately padded, raises all the way to a standing position, has heat and massage, several pockets and a USB connection - for $400! I got a great recliner for less than 1 month's rental of the torture device from Cloud of Goods. Don't pay them until they deliver the item you are renting!

I rented a scooter for 3 days. At first since it was through a partner I was a little worried, but make no mistake....what an excellent service! Great communication with Puerto Rico partner Gustavo Batista. Equipment on time, in great condition. Gave me the opportunity to have a great time with my daughter and liberty of movement.
