Delivery issue
Products are good, but delivery was a failure. It took three weeks to arrive by courier. I was provided with one tracking number though there were two parcels sent. But customer support was helpful and friendly.

We're very sorry for the delays in your delivery. I've looked into the reasons for this, and it was due to processing issues with the couriers. Although parcels to Ireland do not require customs clearance, they were processed together with the parcels to Northern Ireland, which caused the delay.

Closer Pets custumer service team was always willing to help, providing technical advice both by e-mail and on the phone, and even replacing my cat flap which expierenced some technical issues that could not be solved.

Excellent service. We had some problems with extending the auto cat flap and the help from Mike at Closer Pets was patient and supportive. Eventually he came up with the perfect solution for us. Great products and, most of all, great team!!

Great product, fast delivery, good price.
Only improvement product wise would be more weight to the dish because our cat shoves the dish trough the room to try to get to the hidden food. Which doesn’t work.
