I'm happy because it works with french microship for cats ,and this is the only one trap on gray color ,it's easy to program it so I recommend it :)

Still not received anything after a month
I ordered two packs of filters for our cat fountain one month ago, and have not received it. My credit card was charged however. I also did not receive any update on the order, even after I requested this by email. I am seriously considering cancelling the order. This would also mean that I have to buy a new (different) cat fountain, as the filters are not available in shops here on the Canary Islands.
Update: after about 8 weeks I finally received the ordered filters. Thanks also to the efforts to some individuals of the customer care team. Would I recommend this shop to others: yes, since the prices are good, at the same time I would not recommend the shop for people living (like me) in the Canary Islands since the delivery here is troublesome. Also as a suggestion for improvement to Closer Pets: send a response (not automatic) on a short timescale to someone inquiring about a order, even if it is only to say that you are looking into the problem. Overall I am now happy to have received the order, and also that I do not need to buy more filters for my pet fountain in a while.

Package has not arrived
Package has not arrived. I ordered it 3 weeks ago. Tried calling numerous times but nobody answered. Have sent them emails but still no answer.
Will not order again from them.
Edit 15.08.2023: Package has finally arrived. Products are original quality, all is good. Communication on the other hand is 1 star.

I've never received the products
I've never received the products. I think that it was stuck at the border and I didn't want to pay an extra again knowing I had already paid transportation fees. This should be taken into account at check out.

Order places on 08/05/2023. No status update, the products seem to be on stock but nothing is sent. No package received. I sent emailed customer service, no response either. A zero point.

GREAT FEEDER but bad customer service

I'm changing my review as finally, several days late, the feeder arrived and I got to try it.
The machine is excellent, well structured, easy to set up and has worked perfectly from the first use.
The instruction booklet is simple and clear, even if the Italian language is not present, which didn't create any particular problems for me but could results less accessible for other users.
The product itself deserves 4 or 5 stars, but the overall review stops at three due to bad customer service, poor communication and bad choice of courier.
In any case, the feeder is really a great machine.

If you can - choose reliable supplier not Closer Pets
I absolutely do not recommend it. Order placed on Monday - confirmed and no shipment. Requests for a tracking number - lies that the goods will leave on Tuesday, then that there is no contact with the courier, etc. No response to status requests. I advise you to be careful with this company. If you have the opportunity, use competitors or reliable suppliers.
I have seen feedback from Closer Pets. This comment contains false facts and it's untrue.
After this comment, my opinion is even worse. All companies have problems with customers from time to time. But credible companies communicate this clearly to customers and try to find a solution. In this case, by writing untruths, they try to shift the blame onto the client. This is unacceptable.
EDIT: Due to the fact that Closer Pets repeats untruths and there is no communication with people from CloserPets, I present the facts below
Facts:
1. Order placed on Monday, May 8, 09:27 CET. I have received an order confirmation.
2. May 09th, my e-mail asking for a delivery date. Response from Closer Pets: order should ship today (Tuesday May 9)
3. May 10th - no tracking number and no new feedback about any problems. I sent another inquiry about what is happening with my order. No response whatsoever. On May 10th , around 5:00 p.m., I called the phone number provided on the website asking what was happening with my order. I heard that there is no contact with the courier.
4. On May 11, I sent another email asking about the status of the order. I have included information that if I do not receive a response by the end of the day, I will apply for a refund and my opinion on trustpilot will be negative. I have received information that you are returning my money as a gesture of goodwill.

We looked over your case following your previous review and could see that you placed your order on 8th May with an estimated delivery time of two working days, and that you contacted our customer service team on 9th May to ask why this had not yet been dispatched.
Our customer service team explained that the reason for the delay in dispatch was due to an issue with our distribution centre, resulting in minor delays, and you were provided with a full refund for your order which has now been processed.

Only criticism is that you use GLS for delivery, the worst possible option, only marginally worse than fastway. When I spend €80 on a catflap and pay for delivery the least I would expect is UPS or DPD.
