I've been a customer for years and have never had anything other than a great experience. Every piece of jewelry has met and exceeded my expectations. Every customer service interaction has been great and honestly I recommend C&C to anyone looking for high quality products at reasonable prices.

My husband bought jewellery grom this store. The manager ensured him that when or if the price reduced he would offer him the better price. This promise was turned down and not honoured. Very disappointing.

Just poor return policy. I paid extra for their CC Boost, where it stated in checkout that it guaranteed free returns. I was buying my jewelry so I figured I pay $12 to make sure i can return it hassle free. Turns out I bought a sale item which is only eligible for store credit. So im stuck with a piece of jewelry I wont wear, or having to buy something else from them. Customer service didnt budge at all.

First, love their creative and beautiful pieces. Feel like I purchased something very unique that will last a lifetime. Online shopping was easy, I was provided a $50 off coupon, and delivery was very fast! The recipient of the gift was very pleased. The cherry on top was the personalized thank you video - never have I ever received that before! What a delight to shop here and support Canadian!

I truly appreciate how fast the response was to my inquiry about my leather bracelet. C&C are all over it and had an answer for me in minutes very professional and courteous to the customer. I've been buying jewelry from C&C for many years and good products and good customer service are 99% of the reason.

Wanted to say that clocks and Colours I’ve had for a long time, and always their products are made with detail and quality for sure. Customer service reps are great, and they always are a good choice when it comes to Heavy Metals.

I bought a piece on final sale and unfortunately it wasn’t the right fit but they were able to accommodate me for store credit. I have other pieces from c+c and they’ve never let me down.

I have purchased many pieces of jewelry from this company and the craftsmanship never ceases to amaze me. The detail and artistry is detailed in every piece. Recently one of my rings, that I wear daily, had a piece loosen on me due to a snag that happened from me reaching into my pocket. I reached out to Clocks and Colour's via email and received a quick response. I was asked to send a couple of pictures with a detailed explanation of what happened. The response was fantastic, send in my broken ring and they will send me a new one under warranty. I just wanted to say thanks for all of the help from the team and for putting out quality jewelry.

I've ordered 5 separate items from them rings and necklaces for myself. A couple for for my wife and just bought a necklace for my nephew. Every item was above and beyond in quality and craftsmanship. On top of that the shipping was quick and the customer service if needed was amazing. Clocks and Colours is my go to. I love that a lot of items are Sea/Sailor related.

Good design, good quality with a nice weight to em, and good prices, especially during the many sales that are always going on!
