The shirt is beautiful and good quality it did take a long time to come however they kept in contact told me what was happening.Was worth it

I ordered 5 weeks ago for my sons birthday. Fast and free shipping apparently. We checked it was a London company so no shipping from China. Still no despatch note. Customer services do reply and apologise for a delay in their overseas warehouse but refuse to refund so I can go elsewhere and I still have no delivery date. Won’t order from them again.

i ordered their butterfly black tee. it did take a while to arrive but when it did it fit really well and and it looks really nice would deffo recommend buying from here👍🏾

I ordered an item at the start of April and it took nearly two months to arrive. However i was informed that there was a delay due to an internal and external issue. The product itself is very high quality and very comfy.

Great clothing and nice fit. Took a while to deliver (2 weeks) but when I asked them where my delivery was they replied within 12 hours via email and explained the reason why.

Would never order from here orderd on the 14 of April now it’s 24th of may I got some excuse that their weahouse had a issue 2 weeks later that issue was fixed but 4 weeks later they blank you one emails instagram all of it they rob you sad company same email reply’s we are sincerely sorry about this don’t think about ordering from here unless you don’t want your cloths

I ordered products for my sons birthday at the beginning of April. They have taken the money, but no clothing has arrived and they admit it hasn't even been shipped yet, 22nd May 2023.
They refuse to refund or give a date.

Good clothing

Arrived perfectly in time for my festival. T-shirts are great quality, love the graphic design on the front and fits perfect. Great T-shirts definitely buy from them again.

I own 3 products from cliffside and they look hard. Its not just about the aesthetics though. It is so comfortable and it matches with most my outfits. I ordered a tee and it came late but cliffside kept me updated and it has the best customer service too. Deffo buying again

delivery: absolutely awful, if you are buying it for someone’s birthday you might as well order it a whole year in advance because they take so long to arrive. i ordered it for myself and it arrived within 4 months.

I first saw they had a nice shirt online for £25 and i bought it, the email said 2-4 days delivery and i have got it today . Only problem is i ordered it over 2 months ago. But the quality of the shirt and how much i like it has given it the three stars , it would’ve gotten a 5 if not for delivery

The most useless and unhelpful company I’ve ever ordered from. I ordered an item last month which I spent most of my savings on. It still has not arrived. First they blamed it on ‘shortage of workers’ which they apparently ‘fixed’ and they told me I would get it 2 weeks ago yet nothing has still arrived. I’ve sent them around 5 or 4 messages just to ask what’s going on and just for me to get absolutely nothing back. This website is a total scam DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. I ordered on the 25th April it’s now the 18th of may and I’ve gotten nothing. They had promised me 2-4 day delivery.

I had previously ordered a hoodie from here for Christmas and everything went well, so i decided to repurchase. The quality cannot be faulted however, i ordered 1 hoodie and didn't receive this item until 2 months later. When asking for updates i was told that i would get it when they had fixed their 'problems'. I had paid for 3-5 day delivery...if you cannot provide a delivery for that time then don't advertise it on your website. I shall not be ordering from here again due to the horrific delivery and customer services. Do not recommend if you plan on receiving your items any time soon!

Brilliant quality and great designs. Got the eagle hoodie and one of my favorites definitely buy again! But could ship faster tbh. 9/10

Took over a month to arrive. Ordered it on the 18th march and arrived 25th april. Good hoodie really liked it, stitching is a bit off but doesn’t bother me that much.

Absolutely horrible company and do not help at all. I order 2 t shirts way over a month ago, not even at a busy time, and they still on order placed. I tried to cancel the order and get a refund as I no longer wanted the items and they were obliged to cancel the order as it had been over 31 days, and they kept refusing and saying the same things over and over again. Not only this, but they also frequently ignored my messages so I had no way of voicing my concerns. They have now just shipped my order after constantly telling them that I no longer want it and would like a refund. It is blatant theft that a company like this can not cancel an order, especially after waiting one month and still having no news on your orders update. Do not order from them!
