Ordered an expensive t shirt 40 days ago. Confirmation email said 3-4 days delivery!! I have emailed them 4 times and eventually asked for a refund which was refused! I got an email a week ago saying the order would be fulfilled that week but still no t shirt. Clearly thus company is not legit and us scamming customers.

They don't supply hoodies ordered on 1st of March may the 8th I waited a month and a bit cause my freinds hoodie took a long time and they said it's not there problem due to it being out of the 14 day period I didn't even want a refund I just want to know where my parcel is or was it ever going to be delivered or was it a scam

I have ordered a hoodie a month ago and since this day 8th may I have not received my hoodie, I have texted customer support a numerous amount of times and not once were they helpful all they do is say sorry and that’s it , I payed money and I haven’t received my hoodie Do not buy off them as you will not receive your product

Had my doubts at first but i ended up giving in as i loved the designs from CL so i went a bought a hoodie which came and it was amazing! the quality was great and the print was good quality. i then went a ordered a t shirt the dove one which is the same! amazing print and quality.

Then they had a good discount offer for me so went a ordered another t shirt the black butterfly greyscale one and it is amazing! it came really fast too!!!

Huge delay in delivery. Ordered 15 march for my sons birthday and only came today. wont be ordering again

Amazing service would buy from this company again, only a small wait was definitely worth the wait!

Took a long time to come but not too bothered with the wait very nice hoodie really comfortable.

Ordering process is simple.... but the delay on receiving the item is unacceptable.

I ordered for Christmas and took 6 weeks to receive the jumper so missed Christmas..... was assured it was a "one off".

Ordered again.... one month later still no item.

Emailed and did receive reply quickly stating delays in the warehouse....

Won't use again as there are many other companies to choose from

Ordered in April 13th almost in may and still no delivery. All I ordered was a shirt and every time I ask for a update I get a reply from a bot saying it’s a problem with their warehouse

Son ordered Hoodie 19/03/23, no hoodie delivered!
Several emails sent..No communication what so ever!!!

Absolutely terrible company. Avoid. Ordered two t-shirts for teen son. Paid £60 as a gift. Delivery is extra and stated as 2 to 4 days. No sign of t-shirts and when I contacted them they said delivery will be weeks and no refunds will be given. This is a clear breach of UK consumer law. Appalling and son has no gift.

Appalling. Ordered a hoodie for my teenage son before Christmas. No email confirming order, no update on delivery, eventually turned up in February! Doesn't fit but apparently we can't return it because they've 'suspended their returns and refunds process'. Not sure I can face battling through reminding them of our statutory rights. Shambles. Avoid avoid avoid.

Absolute shambles do not order from here it's a scam, ordered a hoodie from here and it's been over a month and the order is still being processed would have refunded by now but the only thing you get is store credit. Have contacted them and they say its delays and mine will be in the next batch to released but its been well over a month now it's a joke.

My son ordered a hoodie on 4th March with 2-4 day delivery - today 21st March still no update on order until i finally emailed them and all i get when i ask for a refund is the following:

We sincerely apologise for the delay with delivery, kindly note that a refund cannot be made at this time, this is because your order has been processed by our warehouse abroad and will be shipped once the warehouse system is back on.

i’m confused ngl i ordered a t shirt for £30 and haven’t received a tracking number and it’s been 2 weeks, tried contacting them 4 times even via instagram and they still won’t give me an update, i’ve been well intruly scammed lads

Update from response on 15/3/23 - still no hoodies have been received. It’s been nearly three weeks again since being told it would be sorted.

My son naively ordered two hoodies in December with his Xmas money without reading the reviews of this Company! After chasing order numerous times, they finally arrived mid-Feb. Hoodies were poor quality and small. No refunds allowed so had to exchange for larger size. Sent items back tracked delivery on 24/2/23 and to date heard nothing. Would not recommend ordering from Cliffside. Nearly 3 months on my son is £70 down and still no hoodies.

Shipping was way longer than 2-4 days. Took 2-3 weeks to get shipped.

I’ve made an order for a hoodie almost two weeks ago,I AM YET TO RECEIVE A DISPATCH CONFIRMATION FORGET THE ACTUAL PACKAGE!!This is outrageous as i thought this was a good company to purchase from however has been a complete turn due to this delay.I would have not made this order if I knew it would take this long!It had said 3-4 days I would of expected this to come by now.If I had the option to order from this again I would not do it!

Stay away, might as well be a scam wish i would have looked at reviews before i purchased silly me the time it took like near enough 2 months they lie about things being sent and just terrible customer service once they got your money game over.
And the quality of the hoodies are terrible i dunno how they get any good reviews must be friends and family reviewing this absolutely rubbish company

Avoid this company like the plague. My son ordered some items on 20/12/2022 and had not received it by 29/12/2022. He emailed on that date asking why it had not been received. The response on 29/12/2022 was that the order was in the next batch due to be sent out. When he still hadn't received it, he sent a further email on 09/01/2023. requesting a refund. The email response on the same date said ".... As a way of making, it up to you, we are offering a 20% partial refund (discount) to customers who are yet to get their order. Your order will still be delivered (in one to two weeks’ time) to you despite the partial refund. This is our way of apologising for the delayed delivery. Please confirm that you would like to have the 20% refund, so that we can initiate the process......". He responded on 16/01/2023 rejecting the discount and again requested a refund. Imagine his surprise, when the parcel arrived on 03/02/2023. He opened the parcel to see if a returns label was inside, which there was not, soheI sent an email asking for a returns label and was told by email on 04/02/23 that he was not eligible for a refund.

My son responded on 08/02/23, stating that "...this was not acceptable. The order took in excess of 6 weeks to arrive. As per your terms and refunds policy, you were notified within 9 days of the order that the parcel had not been delivered. Within the 14 days specified within your policy. Despite me requesting a refund and rejecting your offer of a discount on 16/01/2023, you chose to ignore this and proceeded to send the parcel out. Once again, I request a returns label and refund of my monies." To date, there has been no further response
