Didn’t ship my order and also hasn’t gave me a refund when I asked.

I ordered a t-shirt from the website, the t-shirt was amazing it has really good quality and the print has no defects. I have no complaints about the product itself however the delivery took over a month but they had a reasonable excuse. I will order again.

Ordered 2 T-shirts on the 27th of May. It is now the 10th of July, still no package. Simply no care or eagerness to sort the problem just a repetitive 'We are sorry for the delay with delivery'. Buy at your own risk

I placed 2 orders with this company and they failed to deliver after 30 days stating delay in receiving stock probably from china). I requested a refund (after two months of requesting my order) 14 days ago after initially saying they would send refund and apologized for not supplying my order my request was sent to their Finance dept for processing. Then nothing again for weeks. Again After asking where my money is, they have responded with their refund policy is to give a credit note! They never supplied my order so I am not returning unwanted items. This is theft.
Do not use this company. They will steal your money and not fulfill your order. I would give zero stars if possible. Unprofessional customer service. Scam company. Do not use. Beware.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!Absolute joke, ordered on 28th May and confirmation email states delivery in 2-4 days. We're now a month later one nearly and I've had to contact them 3 times and each time they say it will be sent in 2 weeks. Now looking at mid July at the very earliest. Shame it was a birthday gift for 5th June!!! Won't offer any compensation for delay eitger!! SERIOUSLY AWFUL COMPANY AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Ordered a t shirt almost 1 month ago hasn't arrived emailed them 4 times they refuse to give a refund and keep repeating a story that they have issues with their warehouse system item still not arrived

Awful company! Was told 2 day delivery took 2 months ! Very unhelpful staff , offered a part refund for the bother and when I emailed back agreeing they said they wouldn't give part refund as that offer had now finished !! Ordered a medium hoodie for son which comes up snug , so if you're going to put yourself through the torture of ordering from this company then order next size up and 3 months before if you need it for an occasion!

If I could give this company 0 stars I would, I placed my order 8th May well intime for my daughter’s birthday the last day in May, bearing in mind they say 2-3days delivery LIEEEEEEE
When contacting the company (ONLY VIA EMAIL AS NO NUMBER AVAILABLE) they responded with they have a backlog which reading the previous reviews, they say this to everyone. I then responded with this not being acceptable and so on, and they don’t respond with a reply. I did this twice and only ever receive one email response back from from. On the 14th June i received an email from Evri to say they have received the item and keep updated for delivery.
I have now received the x2 t-shirts I ordered for £54 a whole 1months and 11days later
Not 2-3days. From 8th May to 19th June.

What I love about this company is that the provide hoodies with such good quality. I order my hoodie in February and it still looks fresh till this day. To be honest, and I am not being biased, but I do not think their is a brand right now that sell better quality hoodies

Ordered a t shirt well over a month ago (around 6 weeks) and only just arrived today. Item is completely not as described as the picture shown had a big picture on the back of the t shirt which is entirely missing from the actual product… disgusting company

Ordered a hoodie but it's too small I asked for exchange it or refund it but I was told they are not doing refunds or exchanges until further notice. This is unsatisfactory as I am left with a hoodie that's unsuitable and money down the drain.

Worst company ever. Simple as that. Do not buy unless you want it for a year later, Not worth the wait for what it is anyways. They say warehouse delay but i'm pretty sure there's still doing the orders of those who ordered 2 months ago let alone the order when you place it lol.

Took 7 weeks to arrive. Wouldn't refund even though I'm sure that's illegal due to online purchase laws. Son had growth spurt in those 7 weeks, too small for him now or sizes are made small. Just went to take pictures to sell it and noticed loose thread.. on closer inspection there is a hole in the seam at the shoulder, size of a 2p coin. I'd avoid this company.
