Will never recommend or purchase anything from this company again. Bought and paid for my items in June. Every response i got was the same. When i made threats to them they sent me a tracking number, which stayed the same for 3 months which stated that Evri delivery service was waiting to receive the parcel. They DO NOT dispatch within 2/3 days. So if you are silly enough to order, make sure you order a size up because your child will outgrow the size you originally purchased. Absolutely disgusting service. A BIG NO NO for me.

honestly my favourite brand, i bought from them twice and the quality is amazing!! i would buy the whole collections if i could. Couldn’t recomend more, really good communication if there’s a problem and brilliant customer service!

placed an order for a t shirt in May, with a delivery date of 2-4 days. I have had to email Cliffside multiple times and receive the same generic “apologies for the delay, delivery will be soon, its a EVRi issue' and the best one yet was "we don't refund fulfilled orders” - its unfulfilled !! Do not order from here unless you are prepared to chase your order on a constant and risk losing your money. will never use this company again, just don't go there. Plenty of other fits to go buy !

Purchased a jacket for my son July 26 2023. Payed for 2-4days shipping. Still waiting for my order they refused to refund every day is a different excuse. Worst online shopping experience.

We have placed an order for a t shirt on 12 June and are still waiting for it to arrive. We have had to email Cliffside every time and are just told “sorry for the inconvenience and delivery will be soon”. We would never use this company again, we doubt we will ever receive our order and they will not give our money back.

If I could leave zero stars I would. This company is a fraud and disgusting. I ordered a jacket for my son THREE MONTHS ago. I have emailed three times once I was just told a blatant NO REFUND they were having shipping issues that they seem to say to everyone. I emailed again a month later and heard nothing. I paid $100 for a jacket that I have still not received. This company seems to think they are untouchable. Do not buy anything, you might as well throw your money in the bin and walk away. Someone needs to take them down as this is downright ROBBERY!!!!!! Never ordering again and writing this to WARN ITHERS TO STAY AWAY!!! Consumer protection.

I received the white hoodie with blue butterfly on back as a present for my birthday. Absolutely love if the quality is so good and couldn’t fault it. Would definitely recommend.

I ordered 3 t-shirts on june 12th and i still haven’t got them every single time i email them they say the same thing and apologise i am going to get a refund through the bank this company is a scam do not order from it at all

I should have checked TrustPilot before I placed an order. I’ve been waiting over 30 days and the order has not been fulfilled yet. Website says 2-5 days. Don’t think I’ll ever see the order…

I have waited over 2month for 2 t shirts, requested Refund so many times even sent me a link to Evri over 3 weeks still no delivery, Evri not received. Now there telling me can't refund as order fulfilled, what a joke be warned not a good company to do business with im so angry,

Ordered 2 T shirts over 2 months ago and still not received. Requested a refund numerous times and continually told my order has been fulfilled even though still not received. Unbelievably poor customer service with slow responses to emails and zero communication with the delay. DO NOT ORDER from This site.
