I ordered a hoodie on the 17.10.23 and haven't received anything yet and it's the 30.10.2023 today. I have emailed them twice and I have had no response. So I dont know what they are playing at.

Ordered around the 13th of October for a birthday gift on the 20th. Wasn’t too phased that it didn’t come but the fact it’s almost November and there’s been no response to emails or instagram dms. That’s a joke. Disgusting brand. Need to be closed down or investigated for theft. Seems like I’m not the only one either. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE

SCAM!!! Order 6 weeks ago and still am yet to receive the tracksuit I ordered. After emailing support I only received automated replies and attempted to cancel my order which has just been ignored. Don't buy from these thieves.

The delivery took a month when it said 3-4 working days bear in mind i paid for shipping. Customer service is so useless the only reply i had was an automated email saying they would give a gift which was practically useless as it was only 20% off. Then when the tracksuit came both the sizing and colour was off and they are refusing to give a refund please do not buy from these insta brands.

Horrific service, waited almost a month to get my hoodie and when it came it was covered in yellow stains and had no labels as if someone has already worn it and threw it into the packaging. When I emailed them to try return it or get an exchange they said they can’t without pictorial evidence but the stains aren’t visible on camera and can only be seen in real life. Now because of this I am stuck with a hoodie that I can’t even wear.

Amazing quality tracksuits with a unique design however it did take just under a month to receive my order but in my opinion worth the wait

Would never order from these crooks who are trading unlawfully in the UK who do not accept returns as the quality of the material and sizing is completely poor. They will be reported and to get My refund I have been forced to do a chargeback as I informed them of my issues as soon as i received My parcel.
Beware of there unlawful practices before ordering

It took quite some time to come but I’m glad it came. The material is really smooth and comfy and I’m happy to have it on

I don’t like how the hoodie is at the top

took a while to come but came at the end, good quality and everything what i wanted was there.

Quick delivery Good service and communication.

Very quick deliveries they answered quick when I wanted find out about my order, good service.

Ordered back in may been told every week they have fulfilled the order and nothing ever turns up, asked for refund and they have stopped replying so DO NOT PAY AS THEY WILL NOT SEND YOU THE GOODS..

Still waiting from my order from May - company refused to refund which is against the law as they are in breach of contract. After 3 months agreed to replacement order. Yes you guessed it can’t fulfill that order either. All of the 5* reviews are fake. I have checked them through Analyze URL. If you see there is a blast of 5* fake reviews straight after a genuine 1* review for bad trading. This company is trading fraudulently. You will regret using this company. I am reporting to Trading Standards.

The t-shirt was amazing material and it’s very nice the only problem was it took long to come.

Really good quality and I love the shirt ally

They had some shipping issues. When I ordered which led to my order being delayed for 3 weeks

Came later than on the delivery time but the tops are nice and are true to description
