order on the 1st of October and still haven't received anything. I have emailed multiple times and been lied to in every reply bought quite a few things before and was late before but not over 2 months its a p i ss take.

I ordered over £100’s worth of stuff for my daughter, on the 5th November. Package still haven’t arrived, they have refused a refund and just blame evri!! They haven’t even given my order to evri yet but still won’t let me cancel it!! If Evri is that bad why wouldn’t they use a different delivery service?! Will NEVER order again!

Overpriced tees- some at £40, nice designs but they obviously do fade- material nothing special

Size- bad: medium in some tees has a very short length

Delivery: probably the worst I’ve ever seen: took around 2 months to arrive, didn’t receive any real communication either

Rubbish amateurs insta losers - order is never coming and makes laughable reply’s stating it is … lesson learnt buying from prepubescent school kids with an iPhone and Chinese clothing contract…

Avoid this company. Save yourself 6 weeks of emails and excuses. I am having to claim back from my card company. Reading their reviews I believe this is a scam. I’m so happy I paid by credit card.

I have used this company a few times and although my first delivery was very slow the other times were on point.
Pls remember it is a small business which I feel we should all support so please be kind with your reviews.
The quality of there hoodies is fantastic and they wash beautifully.

Such terrible customer service. Ordered 2 items, over 1 month ago which are yet to arrive. Wish I read the reviewed here before buying from them.
Very frustrating as they don’t even respond to emails.

Do not buy from. Ordered a jumper the 22.10.23 and it’s still not arrived. Customer service is absolutely shocking you can only email!!
Now I know why they have no contact number because all the customers get fed up with waiting. They’ll be constantly on the phone!!
No help what so ever just blames the delivery company even though when ordering the jumper was a 3-5 delivery and paid the extra for faster delivery!!!
And yet here we are still waiting.

The thing is about this company is there delivery is very slow as it took over a month for me to get my parcel. However, the jumper and joggers are good quality so it makes up the late delivery. If they patterned up the postage then it would definitely be 5star

They’re scumbags. They’ll take your money but won’t post your order. Everyone should go and spam their instagram and socials.

Placed order on 18th Oct. No dispatch date given. I have tried emailing the company and no response.

I am looking into how I can escalate this further via consumer rights.

Came exactly as ordered, delivery was delayed but customer service did reply pretty quick and assured me that it'll arrive, along with a discount code as compensation for the delay.

The waiting time was a lot longer than expected however the quality of the item made up for it, sizing was perfect for me and overall happy with my product.

Ordered a hoody in September, still not here . It’s a scam . My son spent his £50 birthday money on this hoody and it’s never arrived . Disgusting service - Gladys who replied to my emails just said no refund - it will be here soon . Thieves

Please do NOT buy from this company. Extremely poor service. Ordered items over 30 days ago. No items have been received and all email replies just apologise and say it will arrive shortly. I asked nicely for a refund but have been told I cannot cancel. I am not cancelling just asking for a refund as I have nothing to show for my money. There are many more clothing brands out there that take your money and actually supply the items in the advertisd time scale... please use them instead!

Poor service - ordered 2 hoodies in early October from website. No mention that these were pre-orders / not in stock. Website suggests speedy delivery. Sent email mid Oct and asked for an update as a birthday present for teenage son, received a prompt response apologising for delay but with no estimate of dispatch time. A “special gift” would be enclosed in package as an apology for the delay - it’s a discount code!!! Second follow up email was ignored which included cancelling the order and threatening to use chargeback to claim back my son’s money.

Finally dispatch notice received with Evri tracking number on 24/10 … made it to Evri on 31/10 and delivered on 01/11.

Luckily son was delighted with items - I wouldn’t recommend this stretwear brand - it feels like 2 people running a business from home (badly). Disappointing as their target audience are teens and young adults.

Ordered a jumper, it was supposed to come in 3-4 working days, took a little longer but i contacted them and they replied straight away, really helpful and give me a 20% off code aswell. Jumper is nice and right size, Thankyou!
