I ordered a white T-shirt from ur website it has now arrived and it looks hardd I love it

Absolutely useless! Wont refund when they don’t deliver for a month so the only option is to dispute through card company

I placed an order on 21st November 2023 with the expectation it would arrive within 72 hours. I am still waiting for this delivery on 12th January 2024. I have sent four e mails chasing the order. When I finally and patiently asked for a refund I was told “we can’t refund you as your order is now being dispatched in the next delivery” that was five days ago. I am now going to my bank to resolve this. Please do NOT order from this company.

Placed an order of just one hoodie in August 2023, it’s now January 2024 and they still have not delivered it. I have exchanged emails back and forth where they keep apologising and there is a fulfilment delay but if there is- they should name the item out of stock and give refund. But they refuse to give a refund for some reason. They have not even shipped it so I don’t understand why a refund cannot be given. Will never purchase again and do not recommend to buy from CliffSide.

I ordered my tracksuit from CliffSide London only a few days ago and it has arrived quickly and in amazing condition. Even tho it only took 5 days the company still gave me a 20% off gift card for my wait. All in all the company is great and I would definitely order again

Shocking company! Ordered 2 x T Shirts for my son on 17th December 23 and I have still not received the items! I have chased the company several times and just get told it is being processed in the "next batch of deliveries". After waiting again, I asked for the order to be cancelled and a full refund - to which they are refusing!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!

Shocking customer service and I am being refused a refund! I will be contacting my bank and ensuring I make all social media platforms aware of this terrible company,

I have been waiting for my order since the end of November. I was advised it was an issue with Evri but they seem to have been able to dispatch orders that have been order recently?! Shocking service will definitely not be ordering again.

I spent £200 on my sons Xmas presents with this company on 23rd November. Reading reviews seems like lots are in the same boat. Not given the parcel to evri, tracking won’t update apart from we are expecting it. Automated emails, number goes to voicemail. Klarna have to wait 21 days to contact the company. It is awful

I ordered off cliffside not to long ago and considering they have loads of orders coming in, they still managed to dispatch the item as quick as possible. The order came in around three days later so I would defo order off them again.

Ordered a jumper as a Xmas present from my nephew on the 28th November and it still hasn't arrived. Do not buy from this company as u will be waiting forever for your item or not receive it at all......its now the 8th January and still not received the order and they are currently saying that they wont issue a refund.

Placed an order 1 month ago, they state 3-4 working days however, still to this day they have not dispatched it. They have ignored my emails until recently when I ask for a refund and they RFEUSED to give this to me. They then sent me FAKE tracking which has not ever updated. I have now taken this to my bank to claim a refund on my behalf. I have reported them to Instagram and facebook.
