Ordered 2 weeks ago. When i asked where my parcel was they sent me no reply. Stay away from this brand

Placed Christmas order on the 25th November 2023 with delivery expected 2-3days - Parcel didn’t arrive so started chasing on the 5th December and was told it will be with you soon. Still no parcel so chased again 15th December and chased again and again and keep
being told it will be with you in a few days. Tracking number was created with Evri on 15th December with status awaiting parcel but no update on their tracking service to this day which means my order has not been dispatched. Shocking customer service and I am being refused a refund! We are now in March 24 and still no parcel so have no alternative than to contact my bank and Action Fraud as this shambles of a company are taking peoples hard earned money and not producing the goods - Sadly l can see I’m not the only one.

I placed my order on 6th December. They strung me along with excuse after excuse! They are refusing a refund. Now the courier has lost the parcel - you couldn't make it up!! They are still refusing a refund. The courier is giving them an excuse about not being in the time frame. It's ridiculous.
This company should be ashamed. Please do not waste your hard earned money from them.
I do not seen to be the only one. Look at reviews and comments on socials.

Cliffside you are dishonest scum. Vivian OMOROGBE your email you send on 22nd February means nothing. You do not care. You need to take a good hard look at yourself if you just allow people to put their trust in your brand. Spend their money and then to receive this kind of service. Joke of a company.

All of you have taken the risk, and have ordered items from a brand that you thought looked good - I am very VERY appreciative of that.



However, it seems you either haven't received your order in time, or weren't too happy with the item(s) that were delivered to you, if they've been delivered at all. This is because we were recently caught up in an exit scam by our manufacturers, meaning we placed a huge order and they didn't provide the goods, leaving us with a great dent in our cashflow.



I am writing this e-mail to let you guys know there will be a HUGE change to CliffSide London in the next few weeks, as we are in the process of partnering with a private investment group.



This means you will all be taken care of, regardless of your complaint - we will be dropping new products, implement amazing changes with content, new website updates and many more.



Soon, you will all be proud of being a part of the journey.



I hope that you can all be just a little more patient for us to buckle up and sort every customer out individually in the next few weeks - we appreciate all who have been patient regardless of this message.

Very poor company, placed a child’s Christmas order just after Christmas and the order still hasn’t arrived. All I get off the company is, they are blaming evri which I don’t believe as I have had several orders through evri since and they have been on time. This company is robbing people left right and centre. They owe my son £160 if you check online they owe a lot of other people. Avoid this company at all cost

Ages to ship things. No returns, no exchanges. Goods didn’t arrive from evri and told not their problem……

Awful awful business.

I ordered a zip up hoodie from them without a background check or anything and straight after paying for it I checked the reviews and they were awful so I was left with no hope. People were saying 3 month wait for it and things like that so I gave up. After 16 days my order arrived and the quality is great and the hoodie looks amazing. So happy for the company being able to get back in their feet

Evri lost my parcel shocking ! Cliffside have not refunded or sent replacement get same email from Gladys days after I request update … we are waiting for an update from the department that deals with Evri I’ve literally sent proof Evri lost the parcel

I’m not sure why everyone is complaining about this brand. They’re great! Amazing service with packaging and cards that show they actually care about their brand. The quality of the hoodie i bought was great and the fit is perfect. I had a slight delay on delivery but other than that i think cliffside London has been great and will definitely buy again with the discount codes they sent me 😁.

Placed my order on 7th December and with a 4-6 working day delivery you would expect no issues in getting it for Christmas - wrong! After numerous emails being told I couldn’t get a refund as it was prepared for dispatch on 22nd December I only received the items yesterday 7th February. If they can’t deliver they should stop further orders.

Avoid this company at all costs.
Ordered on 14th December for a Xmas present. Arrived on 7th February. Lied to on every email by a bot email responder called Glayds. Told the same excuse every week of backlog of orders and problem with Eviri shipping logistics. Do not use them. Worst company ever. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Wish I would have checked reviews first, but it was something my son wanted and bought himself with his 16th birthday money. I personally have never experienced such disgusting service!! Empty promises and refuse a refund. They took £80 of a child and seem to have no issues about not forfilling their obligations.

It’s not a surprise to see customers share similar experiences to me. Ordered this hoodie for a friends birthday on the 9th december. It is the 29th january with my parcel not even with evri yet. I have been fed constant lies and must of sent about 10+ emails, and i have just recieved the same apologies after apologies. This company even tried to use new years and christmas delay as an exusce which i foolishly fell for. I have run out of patience and will go to the bank to sort this out .

what a joke of a company who as no phone number only gwadys on a email which i am sure is a automatic reply as its the same evertime you email your order is in the next batch thats why we can't refund you for a product that have not received or as never been sent out i ordered it on the 28th of November we are now 8 weeks later but i still can't have a refund all want i ordered is still on website in stock 😡

Ordered a hoddie well before Christmas paying for 2-3 day deliver. Just before Christmas chased up via support and started getting fobbed off with just about to arrive etc. Our cancelation requests refused even after waiting 30 days since buying and waiting for delivery which is a right under the consumer rights act 2015. Repeated requests to cancel and refund fobbed off. Apparently no refunds given. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY - SHUT THEM DOWN AS THEY MAKE UP THEIR OWN RULES AND DONT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS.

Absolutely con site.. I ordered a hoodie in November, paid extra for speed delivery Not got this..😡THEN they lost it between evri n themselves… Took no responsibility n refused to replace it or refund my money…

If I had read the reviews before ordering I would have steered clear. Ordered 2 item at end of November and the emails back and forth from company was shocking it was lie after lie every email was a different excuse. Asked about refund and was refused they sent me their policy on refunds and said they don’t give refunds. I have now eventually received the items nearly 2 months later and the quality is appalling won’t be a returning customer

The quality of the tracksuit is amazing and it is absolutely comfortable. Need more soon!!!
