CliffSide London Arvostelua

I ordered two t shirts and at the checkout they have said it will come in one to two working days. I have only received an order confirmation and now it has been a week with no communication and updates about the delay of my order. Poor communication and im very dissapointed. I have felt like i have been scammed. I previously bought an item off there website and it took a month to come. I hoped it wouldn’t be the same but they haven’t improved. It’s a shame because the clothing designs they make are nice.

My email to cliffside:
This is the 8th email I am writing to you. I have no refund. No goods. The T-shirts I ordered I needed for my sons birthday. I explained many times he is autistic. I had this at Christmas and let him down. He wanted me to try again for his birthday and you’ve let him down.

This was 3 months ago now when I go to email I get no reply. Dont waste your time with this company

Do not buy total scam clothes do not arrive

Ordered 2 hoodies at the beginning of January. Still waiting on the 22nd April. Numerous emails sent. Told there was a back log. The most recent email sent I haven’t even received a response. Avoid at all costs.

they said they was doing a £1 sale but it turns out they got themselves hacked and couldn’t let us know this was resulted in many people getting there bank accounts hacked including me where £80 got taken out all due to cliffsides incompetence. Very unserious brand please don’t trust them

SCAMMERS. They stole my money and covered it up with saying they got ‘hacked’… the whole thing doesn’t make any sense.

They may not always have been scammers, as I purchased from them in 2023, but even then it took them over 1 month to ship the items I brought.

GUYS,

THEY ARNT A SCAM WEBSITE.

IVE ORDERED AROUND 8 DIFFERENT THINGS SINCE 2022 THEIR WEBSITE HAS BEEN HACKED AND IVE JUST FALLEN FOR IT. STUPID ME. IF THIS HAS HAPPENED TO YOU GO TO YOUR BANK GET YOUR MONEY BACK AND CANCEL YOUR CARD IMMEDIATELY. IT WILL SIGN YOU UP TO A SUBSCRIPTION AFTER 24 HOURS YOU CAN FULLY CANCEL IT. BUT MAKE SURE YOUR CARD IS FROZEN OR CANCELLED TILL ITS COMPLETELY GONE. PLEASE EMAIL AND SPAM CLIFFSIDE ON INSTAGRAM ETC AS THEIR EMAIL HAS ALSO BEEN COMPROMISED!!!

Do not let them scam you. They are currently running a £1 sale that they are using the harvest user data. They will not send you the order and you won’t even get a confirmation email or a confirmation screen. It just redirects you to another payment link. DO NOT GET SCAMMED

This site as been hacked it doesnt use a real payment processor it uses once based in america which signs you up to a "membership" which costs ur order every 14 days plus costs £7 to cancel. Do not buy anything it is a scam

Shocking!!

Can't belive what I'm reading, the worst company ever.

ROBBING G***

top quality

Any one ordering from a New Company research them first, I knew it was too good to be true, they lock you in with discounts on your first order and then you get another discount if you order more. Ordered a hoodie for my Son in December, still waiting for item. Luckily I always pay via Klarna Pay in 3, and when next payment was due put in a Report to flag that goods not arrived and no reply to emails. Its March 21st now and I am getting a full refund.. Save yourself the agony and DO NO ORDER...

Ordered months ago and still haven’t received it, i sent multiple emails but all they say is “sorry for the delay, your order will be arriving shortly” but they say that then I wait more than 15 days and it never came, bad bad website don't buy from here, they will just take ur money and rob you and you can’t get a refund cuz they won’t let u
