With a baby, no matter how much you think you clean your house, it never seems to be clean.
The feeling of coming home to a clean house is absolutely amazing and refreshing.
Mariam from Cleasters did a phenomenal job and I am very impressed.
Thank you

Great service and I'm very satisfied with the cleaning. Cleaners are professional and very good.

Don’t use this App is a Scam the Rip people off by having you complete the Job but they never pay you
This what I sent them
I'm sending my complaint to the Better Business Bureau because you have said that you Missed but actually your company is a Fraud you have done this many times before and this must be stopped you can not have people do work and then not pay them . I have all the photos and the address of the property I worked at. I will also be reaching out to him to let him know that this company did not pay me for the work we did maybe he should know that you a bunch of of scammers.

Awful. Overpriced, dishonest, poor quality.

I am working with Cleanster from last few months and having almost no issues. However, in last month, I have cleaned a Airbnb from this application but I didn’t get any payment from application. And application shows me that they already paid me for job.
I tried to contact to the person regarding this issue but they are not answering my calls now and even not giving any answer on email or sms.
I just want to suggest every user of this application to be aware of this application.

Did back ground report and have been waiting 3 weeks for them to review it waisted my time and money

I recently signed up and completed one job two weeks ago. I have yet to be paid. My receive date was June 19th today is the 23rd. Won’t do another job ever. Emailed customer service three times with no response

This app sucks.
I wouldn’t recommend using this app. You pay 14$ for a background check only to find out the app gives you a set price for you’re clean which I find ridiculous. As an experienced cleaner looking to broaden my horizons I don’t expect to clean at a lower rate and not being able to set my own prices seems ridiculous.

I have been with cleanster for more then three years and let me say, they are an amazing business. There app is great and easy!

I found this app very easy to use, a few features are very useful like After and Before photos of cleaning. Real-time progress status (checklist real-time update). The cleaner reported a problem which I can mark as solved or not. You can chat with cleaner within the app

This Company Cleanster is a fraudulent company. I clean two homes for them. I only got paid for 1 of the homes. I never received pay for the last home I cleaned. I called multiple times no answer. Left messages left emails no answer. No one answers the phones. I want my money for the job I did.

It’s a great company, so easy to get an appointment and have the great service. The people is very kind and are always available to give me support. I really recommend them!

Excelente servicio. Muchas Gracias

I recently used Cleanster for my Airbnb rental, and I couldn't be more impressed with their service! From the moment I booked, the experience was seamless. The team arrived on time and was incredibly professional and friendly. They paid meticulous attention to every detail, ensuring the property was spotless and ready for my next guests.

What stood out the most was their thoroughness; they didn't miss a single corner. The bathrooms sparkled, the kitchen was immaculate, and even the tricky spots like under the couch were cleaned to perfection. They used high-quality products that left a fresh, pleasant scent without being overpowering.

Cleanster's team also respected my property, handling everything with care. Their communication was excellent, keeping me informed throughout the process. The value for money is outstanding, considering the high level of service provided.

I highly recommend Cleanster to any Airbnb host looking for a reliable and top-notch cleaning service. They truly went above and beyond, and I will definitely be using them again!

I had a great experience using Cleanster to clean our house after having family stay for a few weeks. Every part of the home was dirty, and we found a team of cleaners to come and make our home beautiful again!

Our guests left on a Sunday, and I left for work Monday morning with a pretty grimy house. It was so nice to come back home after work to a super clean home.

Usually we end up cleaning ourselves the following weekend, which honestly sucks.

We're definitely using Cleanster every time we have guests now, it's so

Great cleaners! Awesome communication!
