I have been using Clean My Mac for many years now since it first came out. The current version is sleek, easy to use and very fast on my iMac. I use it perhaps every two weeks and it has never failed. It is a permanent part of my Mac utility tool kit.

Great user interface. Easy to use. Great software package.

Cleaning junk on your computer is the best way to speed up your machine. No matter what when working with your MAC, you leave junk behind and if it is not removed periodically, your system will slow down because of lack of space. House cleaning keeps everything Healthy. CleanMyMac is the best tool for the job.

Great product that I simply cannot live without.

Seems like progressive versions are getting more opaque. I guess it’s in the interest of simplicity but I’d like an advanced user option.

I love the comprehensive approach to the maintenance of my Macs. It covers all the bases I can think of.

I would appreciate that CleanMyMac should be available for iOS, and iPadiOS.

Also that you always communicate with me in French!

I have used Clean My Mac for years and it works flawlessly. In fact, I am happy that every new upgrade does more and does it faster!!

My computer works well and I had no issue with any virus

CleanMyMac is simple to use and makes it clear, at each step, what it is doing. It encourages me to use it more regularly.

I use and really like the features of CleanMyMac. I do however have Bitdefender for virus protection. I would like to discontinue my annual subscription of Bitdefender, but I am not confident that CleanMyMac gives me the same level of protection. I would like to see you step up that part of the program and you will have my business.

Very helpful sorting out subscriptions and matching app versions to OS versions. And, so far the app has worked well, without causing any problems.

I use CleanMyMac regularly to keep my Mac running smoothly and at top speed. Having used a personal computer since the 1980s, I know how quickly they can become bogged down by the junk files programs leave. CleanMyMac does this smoothly, while at the same time checking for malware and reorganizing files for smoother operation. It's a part of my maintenance routine.

What made my experience great is the product,
your customer service, ease of use of your products, except VPN. Not that VPN is a bad product, it is that IT IS TOO GOOD.
I constantly get info that there is a suspicion someone is using my computer as the VPN signal is not in Toronto. I have to go through the rigmarole of turning it off. That is annoying. Can this be fixed? If not, I will need to drop it and that won't please me as I really do like it. I like all your products and will continue to use them . Keep it going McPaw!

Easy to use, and has prevented so many issues and customer service through email I have always received a response back within 24 hours if not before.
