First, they charged me for a few years when I wanted to do it monthly, then I didn't want it and asked for a refund, which they say they gave to me, but I did not receive it. Their customer service people have no idea what they're doing. They were trained to fail if you want to do business with that keeper, do it at your own risk. They suck. They also owe me 89.40, which is taking too long.

It doesn't seem to matter what time of day or night; they are always available. And they are truly helpful because they are knowledgeable of all aspects of MacKeeper. Misleading and dishonest
I bought a lifetime subscription four years ago. Recently, $110 was charged to my credit card without authorization. This should not happen with a lifetime plan and raises serious concerns about trust and billing practices.
UPDATE: MacKeeper offered me a free one-year subscription as a goodwill gesture, but at this point I have lost trust in the company’s practices and product. The issue isn’t the cost—it's the lack of transparency. I received a credit card charge without any prior notification of a change to the agreement. Afterward, I reviewed their policy and found that terms can be modified at any time, with continued use considered acceptance—without notice. That approach doesn’t align with what I consider fair or acceptable business practice, and it’s not something I could justify in my own business.

I paid for a lifetime license; beware it's not what you think it is!
I paid for a liI recently purchased a “lifetime” license for a software product, but when I attempted to download it on my laptop, I was informed that the “lifetime” version only permitted me to access the older version, which was no longer supported by the latest operating system. Subsequently, they directed me to click a link to download the previous version, which failed to work. To make matters worse, they then attempted to charge me an additional fee for the latest version. This entire experience was a complete ripoff, and I strongly advise anyone considering purchasing this software to opt for a reputable brand that has not recently settled a class-action lawsuit.

Knowledgeable and helpful
These guys are very helpful and patient, mostly. But I understand trying to fix things remotely would not be an easy task. I am grateful that my computer, currently, starts quickly and does what I want it to do, except spit out $100 bills. Maybe one day. Thank you all for your help!

Do not download this app. I read their website and downloaded their app. Ran the scan and then ordered and paid for the subscription. The it said call them a give them access to your drive so they can install. Sorry. I am not giving anyone this permission. These people are crazy.
