The claim process through ClaimCompass was very easy and straightforward. Though their cut seems a bit high at 35% of the compensation amount, I think it is worth it for the convenience and peace of mind.

ClaimCompass managed it after 6 years of trying!
6 years ago, in 2018, Iberia cancelled last minute our (group of 8 people) flight from Los Angeles to Madrid. As reason we heard there were technical problems. We were correctly taken to a hotel and rebooked to a flight the next day. When I contacted Iberia they offered their apologies, but didn't want to pay the compensation we were entitled to. I first tried to get our compensation through the Resolver-website, that didn't work out. Then I tried via the ECC, the European Center for the Consumer. At a certain moment we got the message that Iberia would pay and we were asked to give our bank account number, but in the end nothing was paid and communication stopped. Later we tried the dutch company Reisrecht, but after the initial administration we never heard back from them. In a last attempt to get our compensation, I contacted ClaimCompass in 2022. They said they would go for it, but that it could take some time. 2 years passed and we had given up all hope. But last week we suddenly got an e-mail that they managed to get our compensation. We communicated our bank data and 1 day later 3.102,03 € was on my bank account! Well done ClaimCompass, thank you very, very much! A 5 star rating well deserved!

2 years and still waiting for our compensation
We made a claim for a cancelled flight in July 2022 and we decided to chose Claimcompass to claim our compensation as we thought this was would be faster. It is now 2024, we still have not received our compensation whilst passengers from the same flight who did the claim through Wizz Air received their compensation early in 2023. Everytime we ask for an update Claimcompass responds that there is an issue with the airline to go ahead with our claim. I would never recommend using Claimcompass to claim a competition and would most definitely never use this again as it seems that we are going to lose our right to claim our compensation until they sort this out.

Trustworthy! Claimcompass helped me to take my refund.
ClaimCompass helped me to take my refund. The only thing that I had to do was to send them all the proper information. They handled everything and they managed to take my refund. As son as they updated me, they transferred immediately my refund to my account. I totally recommend this to everyone. They are trustworthy and they were keeping me updated all the time. Note: the air company that I had the issue, gives rarely refunds. I wasn’t believe in the beginning that they will make it, but they finally did it :) thank you guys!

I recommend the company
They notified me couple of weeks ago that they secured the compensation that we claimed and asked my account nr to refund the amount. After I sent the account details they claimed that they can’t transfer the funds in my account and asked for an alternative account like paypal. Finally after several attempts we did received the compensation.
After all I could recommend the company.

Great experience
Our flight got delayed almost 4 hours, and we got a 160 euros per ticket. The commission is high, but since they do all the work I can't complain. Overall I'm very satisfied. Also, great communication via email. They answered all my emails and questions very quick,within a day. Thank you so much!!
