My flight got canceled from Milan to…
My flight got canceled from Milan to Morocco and delayed for more than 6hours and I did have read before that I can get compensate for that I did give a try and I got today 400 euro - their fees after 2 and half month happy for that still need 3 days to get it in my bank but I will update the post after receiving it ! Great work guys :)

It was very easy to submit the claim and the compensation was received as promised. Lilly from Claim Compass was very helpful and kept following up and communicating the latest information. Highly recommend using this service in case of delayed or missed flight in Europe.

The only company that accepted my request.
Claim Compass accepted my submission when the other online agency wouldn't.
Not only I was given the opportunity to try and get the refund, but I got the maximum compensation of €600.
It took months and the commission is high, but they do all the work so I can't complain.

Great service
Great service, after 4 hours delay of the flight I just submitted claim via ClaimCompass, attached the documents. Yes, i had to print couple of papers and sign, it took may be couple of months, but you just fill in everything and wait. I received 500 euros for two tickets with almost no effort.
