Comprehensive updates, great transparency and clear instructions. The only downside, although understandable, was the commission we had to pay for the service, which felt rather steep (35% for our case). However, a great service all in all.

Dos años de espera que definitivamente han merecido la pena, ellos se han encargado de todo, la aerolínea no respondía (Tarom) y tuvieron que llevar mi caso a los tribunales, han sido claros desde el principio, pueden parecer caros, pero en mi caso ha merecido la pena, después de notificarme que habían resuelto mi caso me han depositado lo acordado y tras dos días lo tebgo en mi cuenta!

Aucun avertissement que Claimcompass s'appropriait une commission de plus de 30%!! tout ça pour 1 mail envoyé à la compagnie, c'est totalement de l'abus et l'information est vraiment noté en tout petit dans les conditions. Aucune info à ce sujet dans la FAQ ou lors de l'introduction de la demande. Je suis outrée par leur agissement et ne ferai plus appelle à eux. Sachez qu'il est très facile de faire la demande à la compagnie aérienne vous-même et cela ne vous coute rien en commission.... Je vous conseille de ne pas passer par eux.

I had my flight canceled with less then 24h of the departure time. After being reschedule in another flight from another company i started contact ClaimCompass in order to deal with the compensation.

It took 12 days to the Airline pay me the compensation associated with my travel!

Great news for the claim!!! but I’m not happy for the procedure for the claim take to long (AROUND 2 YEARS!!!!) and of course after maybe 10 emails.

Everything went smooth. Austrian Airlines refused to compensate me, but ClaimCompass did their job and the money was in my bank account in less than two weeks. Recommended.

Me and my wife experienced a delayed flight from Sofia to Bali (connection in Dubai). Because of delay in the first flight we missed the connecting flight and we had to stay overnight in Dubai in order to take the next possible direct flight to Denpasar (Bali Island). At our arrival in Dubai Emirates provided us with boarding passes for the next flight and a prepaid hotel at the airport. I was a bit nervous because I had to spend one day of my vacation in Dubai instead of Bali so I searched internet for possible compensation and I found that if the flight is departing from EU country and there's more than 3 hours delay at the final destination we are eligible for a compensation from the airline. For such a long journey the compensation is 600€ per person. So I submitted a claim using ClaimCompass and in few weeks I received 1200€ (two persons travelling).
