Very helpful and very patient. Responded to any inquiry I had via mail.
To anyone reading this, please understand that the process takes time. Took a whopping 6 months for the airline to cave in my case. ClaimCompass didn't give up on me in that period and took all the avenues possible to help claim the compensation.
I wholeheartedly recommend them!

The process was easy and convenient
The process was easy and convenient. I got nowhere with the airline on my own, so this was a big help. Cannot give five stars because the haircut (35%) is very high and it took about 11 weeks between the filing date and the date I was paid. Overall, the convenience outweighed the negatives.

This is a really bad company
This is a really bad company, they send me an email that they asked for money but the company airline never paid me…so they just want money from people but from where.
I will speak with a lawyer because they are trying to take money from me without gave me the claim.
