I moved to live at Trinity Lodge in Formby four years ago. It is a wonderful location. It is only a five minute walk to the village centre and a 15 minute walk to Formby station The gardens are well maintained I have lovely neighbours. Joe, the Lodge Manager is very helpful and approachable and reassuring he ensures that Trinity Lodge keeps running smoothly at all times and is on hand if anyone needs help or just a chat

I live in a Churchill Lodge which is extremely well run by our Manager. She sees that all the.maintenance requirements laid down by Churchill for our comfort, wellbeing and safety are carried out. She promotes our social activities and cares about the happiness of all the residents. The building is well constructed and sound proofing is good. The garden could be better planned and at the moment there is adequate parking. My experience is over six years.

My parents live at Trinity Lodge in Formby. They moved there about four years ago and they couldn't be happier - a quiet location just a short walk from the village centre, beautifully maintained gardens and the most wonderful neighbours! I visit regularly and stay in the lovely guest room, which is always spotless and comfortable. Joe, the house manager, is amazing - efficient, helpful and reassuring, he keeps Trinity Lodge running smoothly and is on hand with a smile if anyone needs help or just a little chat.

We are very fortunate to live in a churchill property Worthington Lodge in Hythe Kent. This year we have had both an upgrade of our call system and currently the public areas are being redecorated. This has all been managed on site by our lodge Manager Liz. Not only does she care about the residents she cares about the property. Nothing is ever too much and she always gets things sorted out as quickly as possible. I would never hesitate in recommending our Lodge as a great place to live in Hythe.

Provides everything I required, without to many restrictions, Privacy very available, lodge manager excellent.

My elderly father made the move from Weymouth to live closer to us. He had been having increasing problems with mobility issues and no longer wanted all the hassle of looking after his own home. He has been delighted with the move to New Pooles Lodge. The Lodge Manger, Mike Tomlin, is simply amazing - highly efficient and super friendly; nothing is too much trouble for him. Overall its proved to be a most welcoming and comfortable place for Dad to live. Very happy & throughly recommend.

My mum and Dad have been living at Avonbank for 2 years. My Dad is disabled and has had a few problems. It is a comfort that the Lodge manager Amanda Williams is there to call on. This has been the case for me and my mum. She's a very busy lady but is there with a friendly smile. I feel the move to Avonbank was the best thing my parents have done. A warm and friendly atmosphere and location couldn't be better. And for us their children having someone over looking after the Lodge and ensuring everyone's safety is fantastic.

I have lived at Avonbank Lodge in Newbury for six years following my decision to make independent living my final home. Avonbank Lodge is a Churchill retirement development now managed on a day to day basis by Churchill Estates. My decision was one of the most important I have made in my life, and one that I have had no regrets.

The lodge is centrally located within Newbury and its amenities, ideal for my personal circumstances. Avonbank Lodge is managed by Amanda Williams who manages the smooth running and ensures the building and grounds are kept to an excellent standard. Amanda has 58 apartments and their owners to deal with, some probably easier than others. .... nothing seems to phase Amanda and she always has a ready smile for all of us, we are fortunate to have her as our manager as are you, her employers.

I stayed for 7 days at the Riverain Lodge in Taunton, in the guest suite. It was an excellent experience - a comfortable en suite room and well appointed. Also very convenient for visiting a friend who lives at the Riverain. The staff were friendly and professional - a special thanks to Helena.

I live @ Concorde Lodge in Bristol & have lived there for ten very happy years mainly because of our manager John Sheridan who has been constantly kind and caring to all the owners at Concorde Lodge ensuring that all runs smoothly @ the Lodge, arranging social events,always cheerful,going the extra mile,making this a happy home for all
