I am beyond impressed with Chill Chair's customer experience along with the stewardship, attention and unparalleled level of customer service and dedication. I recently purchased both the chill chair office massage chair , and I also purchased the foot massaging ottoman. From the minute I placed my order, a team member personally reached out via email to keep me posted and to answer and questions or concerns I may have had. The foot massaging ottoman ended up having an issue on the right foot massage pocket, and Chill Chair responded immediately and sent me a replacement right away. This is an exemplary company that I highly recommend to anyone looking for an amazing product backed by an honest and reputable company for hardworking professionals who spend a great deal of time working at their desk.

I am always reticent to order anything from adverts I see on Facebook as I have had bad experiences in the past, which gave me a massive dilemma when I saw the Soul Mate advertised! It was a perfect gift for my wife, so I looked up chillchair.com on TrustPilot and saw the great reviews, so thought I would give it a go. I am so glad I did. Their customer service is superb. I added the complication of ordering over the Christmas period, but they were very apologetic about the delay in my order, so partially refunded me to compensate! The item was delivered along with excellent communications keeping me up to date, and it has been an instant success with my wife - she loves it both as a footstool and as a foot massager.
If I had somewhere suitable to put one, I would order the Chill Chair, but would happily recommend this great company and their products.

I like the chair and glad i bought it, with a few exceptions. The chair is not easy to put together, not for one person. You need at least 2 maybe 3 people, as attaching the heavy back and poorly designed connection to the seat. If they made the connect a "slot" that it slides into, it would be much easier. Also, you cant charge the chair for more than 3 hours, which I assume damages the battery. Which means you cant leave it plugged in overnight. Having to put a stopwatch to charge the chair is not ideal. Lastly, you cant adjust the intensity of the massage, up or down. Meaning if you think its pushing to hard, you have to sit forward and if you want more push, you cant.

I can highly recommend this company. Their customer service is second to none, as is their products. Because I ordered close to Christmas my sole mate was on back order. I was regularly updated and received my order around the time they specified. The product is of a very high quality and was everything I expected and more. I had a slight issue with the heating element not working but they talked me through troubleshooting and when this didn’t resolve the problem they sent a replacement that I received within just a few days. I absolutely love the sole mate and if you decide to order I can guarantee that you won’t be disappointed. The programmes exceed the experience of a professional foot massage without the expense or need to step outside your door, It may help to point out that I ordered the orange unit and was slightly concerned that it may be too bright as it does look very orange on the website. When it arrived I was thrilled to see that it was in fact more of a tan colour and fitted in with my decor perfectly. Thank you to all, especially Angel who I communicated with the most.

I ordered a chill chair foot massager. Unfortunately it didn't arrive before Christmas. However the customer service I received was excellent. Full explanation of delay, regular updates and even check in when the foot massager did arrive. Brilliant company.
As for the product. I got this for my partner and their foot and legs pain. Well this has worked a treat. Excellent product, easy to use, even able to run on rechargeable battery. Only downside is the booklet didn't explain what a button was on the bottom. Quick Google and omg when it's put together press this little button and the whole stool gently vibrates and this has helped the leg pain considerably.
Was worth the wait. 100% recommended buy.

The sole mate is just brilliant and the customer service team were fantastic when I accidentally ordered the wrong colour. Nothing was too much trouble for them

This Chill Chair seems to de designed for people about five foot tall. Any taller and your shoulders are where the headrest is, so you are sitting with the lump between you shoulders and no head support, you head just lolls back. If you recline with you head in the right position, your bum is right of the edge of the seat. The seat is hard, not deep enough and arms don't adjust for height. The most uncomfortable chair ever.

Proactive communication, fast polite responses, considered follow ups. This is gold standard customer service and certainly helped to reassure when there was a supply chain issue causing some delays. When the product was delivered it exceeded expectations... build quality and design are superb and the massage is addictive.. genuinely as effective as a human and absolutely helps restore my feet after heavy training days.

The customer service is above and beyond. I had a couple of questions and to my surprise, I received an answer the same day. Angel and Rey were so gracious about answering my probably an obvious question and it really impressed me. Also the solemate massager is an answer to my prayers. My feet have never been so happy. I recommend this company and product highly.

I ordered The foot massager, even though it took a while to arrive , I was pleased with the product :) it not only is a great foot massager but looks like a nice feature as a foot poof . It’s excellent quality and easy to use too , I would highly recommend

Waited... still nothing
Emailed again.... now they will try to post on 5th january
Emailed again.... no reply

I will be filing a charge back with my bank as over 5 weeks with 0 update on when a product will actually be dispatched and multiple false dates given.
I would not trust this company. The email replies and confirmations you get are very basic and sketchy

I wouldnt be surprised if the whole thing is a scam. Terrible service for a product that is expensive

Based in UK.
Ordered in the Black Friday deal (November) and STILL waiting for product.
Repeated lies saying they would guarantee delivery before Christmas, latest update just before Xmas was someone was closed and would not be shipped until January 5th.
Sent repeated emails over last couple of days and no reply.

I bought Chill Chair for my nephew who is a lawyer and sometimes more than a little stressed. He says it has been a game changer and everyone in his office is now jealous and wanting to order.

The team at Chill Chair were great. They fast tracked my order for Christmas and followed up to make sure everything arrived safely. My husband is living his best life! Sitting in his gaming chair while getting a foot massage. He loves his Sole Mate Luxury Ottoman Foot Massager and uses it everyday.

Love the ottoman massage chair, I pretty much use it almost everyday and most times twice a day. It's a great way for me to relax after my normal daily activities, keep up the great work on your products and customer service. Everyone that comes by my house has tried and absolutely loved it and some have already purchased it for themselves.

I have both the Chair and the foot stool from Chill Chair. The products are top quality, but that is still nothing compared to their customer service. I have never had a company care more about the experience of the customer than Chill Chair. Rey in customer care was 10/10 top level aces in my book! This is a company to do business with. Thought about buying this product for my wife and I Finally went ahead and purchased and it’s been the best decision. The product looks and feels premium quality and the massage function offers excellent functionality and variety. Probably need a second one now as we constantly battling who gets to use it. Highly recommended.
