Amazing customer service. They helped me with a problem as swiftly as possible. The actual sole mate foot massager is fantastic. Anyone who comes to my house is so jealous. It was a big treat to myself and worth every penny as it makes me stop and take time for myself. Super impressed with everything.

I absolutely love my Chill Chair. I recently went fully remote and decided to invest in something I’d be sitting in all day, and it was completely worth it. The chair is comfortable and durable. But the massage feature is unbelievable. I honestly cannot believe how strong and effective it is. Best upgrade I’ve made to my home office.

I bought the sole mate for exactly as they advertised, all the others look terrible and you have to hide away when not using or cables everywhere.
My partner made fun of me for ordering a foot massage as I’m barely 40! Guess who uses it way more than I do??
I was worried that not being plugged into a wall would mean no where near enough strength to actually work. I was wrong. The battery lasts way longer than I expected and I love the air cushions when they squeeze your feet.
We had a small issue with it when it first arrived but Customer Service (Angel and Rey) could not have responded quicker with some quick fix options and resolved the issues almost immediately. Customer Service has been lost in so many companies over the years, but I would put these guys up there with the best.

Received my chair & sole mate about 2 weeks ago. Managed to set the chair up on my own, female age 62. It was a bit heavy lifting the back onto the base but got there. Using the chair today, a screw fell out onto the floor at the right hand side. Was only sitting in it when this happened, no massage or vibration being used. First thought was it was one of the 3 I had used to attach the base & back but it wasn't. This screw is about 3 inches long with a flatter rounded head to those supplied. Have checked every screw in the chair under the seat but cannot see where this has come from. Concerned it may have some kind of effect to the chair in terms of reclining, etc. Other than this mysterious loose screw, very happy with both of my purchases & my husband loves them too.

I purchased my Chill Chair three years ago (2023) and have really enjoyed every massage session since. About three weeks ago, the left armrest broke. Even though the warranty had already expired, I reached out to customer support hoping for a possible solution.
To my surprise, they were incredibly generous and offered me a free replacement part—I only needed to cover the shipping cost. Thanks to their help, I can repair my chair at a very small expense.

The best customer service! I had a small issue with a product. They were on it! Had a replacement within days.

Purchased for a gift I was initially skeptical but reading reviews there was much chat about wonderful after sale customer service so I decided to purchase. The unit is well made & sturdy & WOW does it give a great massage, the many settings enable different experiences re pressure/rollers etc. Sadly the heating didn't work on mine so I contacted CS & they instantly replied & talked me thru the issues. In the end they simply replaced my ottoman & it arrived 2 days later. Cleo could not have been more helpful or understanding & I was delighted in the way they instantly fixed my problem. The massager itself is something that we’ll never do without again. The only negative is that the heating is extremely mild but the rest of it makes up for that. I’m a very happy customer & do recommend this product.

I ordered the Sole Mate on 1/10. The website said it would be back in stock on 1/14. I expected there to be a delay of a few days between being "in stock" and being shipped but on 1/14 I got a notification that it was on its way to me.

The Sole Mate is really nice, and clearly high quality. But I ended up returning it because it just wasn't the feel I was looking for. The return process was very smooth, and after a few email exchanges, me sending photos and them sending me a return label, I got it shipped back and already got my refund. I'm very impressed with the quality and customer service and even though it wasn't for me, I'd still recommend them to anybody and might still give the chair a try.

Great customer service, I ordered the foot stool and forgot to put my discount code in, after I mentioned in to Rey 5 minutes after ordering he refunded the discount within seconds. Great folks equals great business!

It's rare that you have this level of customer support nowadays that you have no other option than to give the full 5 stars. Really fast delivery, great quality and worked right out of the box. Ironically the only issue I have is also a plus - there's a good weight to this item which confirms quality construction so is a tad heavy to move around on the carpet - I suggested some small semi-recessed marble castors would be a great addition. The actual massaging and all the rest takes ten minutes and at full strength doen't mess about - almost painful but you get a nice tingle when everything finishes. Wish more companies were like this.

I’ll start by saying that my complaints are in regard to the chair itself. Customer service was actually responsive and helpful and at the end of the day, they did give me a full refund. I'd give the chair a zero if I could. I used it for 5 days and that was enough for me.

I completely fell for the marketing of this chair—that is the one thing this company does really well. The problem is that when it comes down to it, it's all flash and zero substance. So many claims they made were simply not accurate. Let's take them one by one.

They claim that it's easy to assemble.

NOT TRUE. I'm pretty sure the assembly video that shows a woman putting it together effortlessly was edited to make it look that way! I'm relatively strong but struggled intensely trying to get the top part of the chair to slip into the seat. The weight of the chair kept pulling it backwards and it never stayed in long enough for me to put in the 3 screws. On one attempt, the top part of the chair fell on my foot, broke a toe and severely bruised the top of my dorsal region. It was incredibly painful, and I eventually had to get a neighbor to help me assemble it. In spite of the frustration of assembly, I still really wanted to like this chair.

They claim it's good quality and ergonomic.

NOT TRUE. The chair itself is rather cheap. The 'vegan leather' material feels like the type of material airline seats are made of. The flap piece that you flip back when you want to massage and flip forward when not in massage mode is cheap and awkward. in the reclining position, I actually prefer the flap flipped back but then you are laying back on rollers. The armrests are way too low and slip all over the place so easily. The seat does adjust up and down but not by much. The foot rest is cheaply made with flimsy plastic and that uncomfortable airline seat material. This chair doesn't appear built to last and for something that retails for $1400, it really should have better build quality.

In the beginning, I thought the massage part was kind of cool. The seat vibrations are pretty underwhelming. The other options aren't adjustable as far as strength goes. The only option I liked was the kneads. After a while, it stopped feeling relaxing and at times it hurt. I spent one night watching a movie in this chair (no massage, just "zero recline") and the next day I had major sciatic nerve pain. Understand I don't get sciatic nerve pain. That was when I decided I wanted to send it back and this chair was more trouble than it was worth.

They claim that they offer "hassle free" returns.

Their understanding of 'hassle free' is way different than mine. They make you send a picture of the chair before giving you a shipping label. Disassembling it is just as bad as assembling it. The seat which sat on top of the cylinder doesn't easily come out. My back got worse trying to take it apart so I ended up paying a handyman to do it. Also worth noting that I emailed CS and was sent a video (from China which is clearly where these are made) on how to disassemble. Not sure why this was not shared with me BEFORE hand. They use a pipe wrench to undo the cylinder so if you don't own one, you need to buy one, borrow one or hire a handyman like I did.

Also need to add that when I was putting it together, I noticed scratches on the cylinder and white paint marks on the base which means someone else had disassembled the chair before me. I think they basically resell chairs that are returned so don't expect you are getting a brand new chair when you buy a "new chair".

This chair is way overpriced for what it is. I got 20% off when I bought it and when I first contacted CS and told them I wasn't sure if i would keep it, they offered me another 10% as incentive to not send it back so I saved 30% all together. Still not worth it. In fact, I wouldn't take this chair if it was given to me for free.

This was truly one of the worst experiences I have ever had with a product. It caused nothing but pain and frustration and I ended up actually losing money on it. My sciatic is still inflamed from this chair and I had to make an appointment with a chiropractor.

In theory this is a great idea and that is what prompted me to order this chair but it neither functions well as an office chair, a reclining chair or a massage chair. It pretty much fails at all three.

Absolutely incredible product and customer service was outstanding throughout the process. Iv tried many different products but this is an orgasm of the feet moment.
