The email response and the action that followed surpassed expectations. We highly recommend this relaxing product and the service that backs it up!

I bought a chill chair in June of this year 2025 as a Father’s Day present for my husband…we received the chair and he used it once that day and loved it. However, it would be months later before he wanted to use it again and sadly this time it did not turn on.
I tried charging it with the adapter…Unfortunately , it would not work.
I finally sent an email to their company in December 2025.
I got an immediate response a day later…with a request for me to send a video of the adapter and the chair.
I sent that requested email.
Literally two days later, we got an email with a tracking number that they were sending us a NEW replacement.
I was actually so surprised.
In this time, the world is so jaded.
How wonderful that this chair will come during the holiday season to remind me that there are GOOD HONEST small businesses that really do care.
Thank you so much for this whole experience.

This chair is truly worth the money. A few minutes a day with the massage function is great. Not to mention it also being comfortable as just a sitting chair. And customer support is absolutely amazing. So quick to respond and will handling any question or issue you may have.

I purchased a sole mate for my feet from chillchair. Unfortunately a couple of the programmes became faulty.
The customer service have been outstanding with their contact letting me know that a new one will be sent out as soon as new stock arrives.

Not a scam it's real they just had difficulties during the Christmas period it can happen.

Product has arrived and is working build quality is ok although please improve the seat button it's so cheap and the button is loose not sitting tightly in fitting hole but it works.

I was notified about each step on the process.

Very bad service. I placed an order on the Black Friday offer and they accepted the order as well. After multiple follow ups they came back and said that the offer was not valid any more as they ran out of stock. There is something called as commitment and the company surely does not have it.

My chair has not arrived yet, however the experience with Rey and the team has been first class from the start. I was unsure about making a purchase at this price point, but their clear communication and genuine support made the decision easy.
