Weeks of stalling and lies and I'm still left wondering why the only apology I've had is what seems to be this companys catchphrase "No gonna bullsh$t ya like". ...which then follows by mutiple different stories. Who knows if I'll ever get my wee boys bed or whether I'll need to spend more hours contacted my banks debit card fraud team for a refund. I would avoid these cowboys.
UPDATE - following a delivery by a rude driver who made my wife feel bad that someone wasn't available to help lift a large box, I can confirm the bed sent.... is the wrong one. Unbelievable!
UPDATE - after a refund on 16th June money is still not back through Paypal as of 25th June. M&H Design Ltd chose to send as an eCheque which suggests they dont have the finances to make refund instantly. The saga continues..

The ease of communication and the delivery of orders have demonstrated professionalism, integrity and trust. The products are top notch and the staff super responsible and friendly.

I waited just under 4 weeks for this headboard and it was so well worth the wait. It’s beautiful and far surpassed my expectations. Also, the driver delivered it to us at 8.45pm on a Saturday evening. Full marks to the driver / delivery man also. Very impressed with this company. They kept in touch via WhatsApp and responded immediately to any query I had. I would very much recommend this company

I purchased a headboard from this company and it is lovely, how ever there were some delivery issues and some product issues that, with the communication with the company it was resolved amicably...

Second time I have ordered from seller. Great service. Very helpful with my order.I Contacted the retailer and explained that needed the bed delivered very quickly. Was advised that this was definitely possible and retailer kept to his word and delivered to time. Good communication and very happy with purchase.

I bought 2 ottoman benches. The service of the company is excellent and I'm also very pleased with my items, they are excellent quality. I will definitely be shopping with Chic Concept again!

All said this company is a very good company with good people. they went to great lengths to help with some bespoke requirements and were happy to talk through the detail to get things right. there wasn't a time the phone wasn't answered when I called and someone always picked up and made you feel valued i.e. not in any rush to get you off the line and they are busy guys... in the context of an honest review, I would say to please be patient with these guys, they are busy!... so if you experience a delivery date that slips, like ours whereby they noticed an issue with one of our panels, go with it, if you owned the business you wouldn't want to send out a product with an issue and as a customer, you wouldnt want to receive it... I was happy it was noticed, corrected and with us in perfecto condition... so busy bees for good reason, as mentioned... detailed understanding of request to meet the high expectations of today's customers!... workmanship and overall quality of final product is extremely impressive... as pictured on website (I'm talking specifically about head board wall panels which was our venture)... they are great guys, polite, courteous, respectful. Also re payment, they said to me to pay in stages of the job i.e. deposit, more when product received, final payment when happy... can't ask for more than that... please do use these guys, we certainly will again in the future... thanks again @ChicConcept

I purchased an Ottoman storage box from this company. I was impressed with the quality of the box and speed of delivery. Customer service was first class they couldn’t have been more helpful. Based on my experience I would recommend this company.

Received exactly what I ordered, really high quality ottoman. I will definitely be ordering from chic concept again.

Order did not arrive.
False promises for delivery of item for weeks.
I called the company to check and was assured that it would be delivered the following week each time I rang.
Luckily I had paid via paypal and raised a dispute.
Avoid this company at all costs.
Once refund was processed I received a call from Harry to offer me the item reduced, if I would take this post down!

Although a long wait we were well pleased with final delivery and ottoman.
It is of solid build and pneumatic damper lid is very good.
Good that I received 2 phone calls from delivery driver from firm although I didn’t know what day.
Product well made.

They gave a lot of joy to my son for replacing his car bed fob key which I had lost last year.the staff was really helpful and sent out a fob key .Thankyou once again

Fabulous ottoman box and very patient service! I ordered the wrong colour box, which was delivered, and Harry very patiently sorted it all out. Excellent value, too. Would definitely recommend.

Can’t praise this company enough, from ordering to delivery they went above and beyond. And have to say the finished product is really well constructed and the finish spot on. Would recommend them every time.

Ordered a car bed on 24/12/22 from here. Which wasn’t cheap. Arrived on the 18/01/23 damaged and with some sort of expandable foam under the bonnet. (Loads of it) the beds a mess. The company told me all car beds are made like that. To just ignore it once the base and mattress is on it won’t be seen. A replacement part was offered but I knew the bed wasn’t right. So I contacted two other companies just to confirm my suspicions about the expandable foam. as I knew I was being fobbed off. I was told by both companies the beds not fit for purpose and one started laughing after I got a call back when I sent pictures. It also came with a warning label which gives you a site to check for some gases the bed emits while warm stuck to the side of the bed that it emits some fumes that can cause cancer and birth defects. (Yes loads of picture as proof) So I cancelled the replacement as I didn’t feel comfortable putting my toddler in a bed that didn’t seem right to me. asked for a full refund. after taking 2 days off work for Wednesday for collection of the bed and then no one appeared to collect. I contacted them they gave a reason so then was told Friday or Saturday. Friday I contacted again for a time scale. and was told it’s gonna be next Tuesday or Wednesday. Not a pleasant experience with this company. Stress levels are through the roof as I’m waiting on the refund so I can buy my boy a bed. Nearly ordered the same bed through Amazon to see the company is under a different name but payment was going to the same company name my payment went to. So that’s 3 different company names being used. Will be very cautious in ordering my boy a bed now. And I’ve been very patient and polite through this whole experience.

Update: well I got my refund today. 01/02/23 And company called when this review went up offering free quilt cover to take this review down. Not that it’ll be any good to me my boy doesn’t have a bed to put it on. Anyway it never appeared.
Please don’t buy from here unless you’re happy to accept low quality products.
