I had the pleasure of visiting Chepstow Trade Centre recently to purchase a car and I must say it was a fantastic experience. From the moment I stepped into the showroom, the staff were friendly, approachable, and very knowledgeable about the cars on offer. The salesperson who assisted me was extremely helpful, taking the time to listen to my needs and recommend cars that were suited to my requirements. They were not pushy at all and gave me plenty of time to make my decision. The car I ultimately chose was in excellent condition and the price was very reasonable compared to other dealerships I had visited. The whole process from viewing the car to purchasing it was seamless, and I felt confident that I was making a wise investment. Overall, I would highly recommend Chepstow Trade Centre to anyone looking to purchase a car. The customer service was excellent, the prices were fair, and the selection of cars was impressive. If you're in the market for a new car, this dealership is definitely worth a visit.

Tony was very helpful, stayed in the background but was there to help when I needed it both on 8th and 15th January.

It was made easy from start to finish. The guys at CTC are extremely knowlegeable & helpful.

Was in touch with Tim over email for the past 2 days, made arrangements to go and see the car on Saturday, arrived at Chepstow TC , was welcomed by one of Tim's colleagues, looked at the car I was interested in, and it was described as it was, it was stunning. Took it out for a test drive and i really couldn't have been much happier. I was putting my car in for Part/Ex , a problem arised with my car while we were there, but Tim still took it in Part Ex.

There was no pressure , no hard sales from anyone there, it was a nice environment.

The whole process was faultless and went smoothly, and i would highly recommend Tim and his Colleagues at Chepstow Trade Centre to any of my friends and family.

Unfortunately we did not have the best experience with CTC, we were informed that the car had recently been valeted before we had purchased it but it didn't take long to discover this was not the case. It was evident that it had a quick vacuum to please the eye, missing all the usual grubby areas such as cup holders and storage compartments within the door.
When we asked about the rear camera we were told as it was not advertised it shouldn't matter should it be working or not despite it being standard on this particular model. We were later to discover that the AA cover we were sold wasn't what was advertised. It was to our understanding that we'd have 'unlimited' cover for 365 days this was not the case we had 365 days to 'claim' our one call out.

Tim and his team were marvellous. Found the car online on Saturday evening, viewed on Sunday bought on Monday collected on Tuesday! Quick turn around, serviced and mot! Clean inside and out. The team are knowledgable and the show room is smart! Definitely recommend!

Tim and his team are fantastic, genuine people who make sure their cars are tip top. Would definitely buy from them again, whole process was smooth.

Car was provided with a 12 month MOT at cost to the Company and as I was a satellite cash buyer the purchase was turned around within 4 days, including delivery. I am satisfied with the car which has exceeded my expectations.

The director of this dealership is an absolute disgrace! DOT NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE.
This place sold me a car which arrived with a broken wing mirror, 1 key, broken drinks holders and an awfully strong smell of dog and cigarettes with scratches all over the interior and cigarette marks around the front windows. I called the dealership straight away only to be fed a load of rubbish. I honestly believe they thought I was just a stupid woman with no car knowledge. 1 day later the orange engine light came on so I took the car to my local trusted garage to be checked. Sadly they found a number of issues with the car and completed an official report for me. One of the issues is that the car seemed to have been in some kind of collision and there had been a dodgy paint job and an old mirror fitted wrongly hence the mirror not working properly.
I was absolutely distraught that I trusted this dealership, especially after telling them I was 35 weeks pregnant and needed a safe family car for my 4yo and soon to be born baby. After sending the car back to the dealership they promised me they would pay my £200 delivery fee back, but after emailing and phoning several times asking when they'd repay me I got nothing!! My partner followed this up for me and the director of this dealership told him I was being hormonal and pregnant and then hung up the phone!! Absolutely disgusting way to talk and treat your customers!!!

Tony was very helpful and friendly but not at all pushy. A good range of vehicles and kept updated of new arrivals. We were not allowed to take the car until it had been MOT'd and serviced so peace of mind on collection. They were so helpful that we got two vehicles from them within the space of a month! Thank you Tim and Tony, highly recommend.

The time we entered the premises all was very relaxed and no pressure salesman talk .

From the initial phone call to visiting showroom and picking up car, it was a customer focused service. Clean and well presented showroom with staff friendly, attentive but not pressurised. The car we looked at was in good condition and represented what we saw on website. Purchase was very transparent with clarity on terms and final collection. Car was serviced/Mot and handed over to us with documentation and options on warranty. My daughter looks forward to happy years of motoring.

Very friendly staff , they definetly know what they`re doing. The valeting was great, clean and tidy cars. Fresh MOT free of advisory with receipt for what they`ve done. Great experience overall.

Definitely worth a visit. Nice range of cars and reasonably priced. Staff are great, no pushy sales people and go above and beyond to help where they can ( it was a warm day and they brought my dog a drink of water). I was unable to collect my car as arranged as I was unwell but they were so helpful and another day sorted out for collection. Yes, give them a try, I would recommend.

Purchased a Saab 9-3 convertible back in May. I have had a few issues with the car since then but I have to say the after service was excellent. I live around 400 miles from the centre and have had to use my local garage for diagnosis and repair. This was no problem and all has been resolved. I was impressed with the service I had when I bought my first car several years ago from them, I went back and bought a second.
Great service, deposit paid and it was prepared, MOT'D AND sparkling ready for pick up the next day! 5 star service.

Excellent. The staff were friendly, helpful and efficient. Willing to answer all our questions with a smile. No pressure, no being rushed. Both when viewing and collecting the car, nothing was too much trouble. Would highly recommend.

What can I say about this company, other than they have restored my faith in second hand cars. I had an horrendous purchase from another dealer several years ago and was very dubious about buying second hand. But from the word go I was treated with respect, no pushy sales men. A problem after a few weeks was rectified almost immediately, with superb follow up after care. Mark, Tim and your staff many thanks 😊.....keep up the good work 👏 🙌 👍....
