Bought a car from Chepstow Trade Centre recently, everyone there was very professional and friendly and the car is great. The test drive was well organised, handover was really nicely handled and comprehensive, and they were very communicative and fantastic at answering questions. I highly recommend them!

Great car, I cycled all the way from Bristol to Wales in the rain to buy the car from Chepstow Trade Centre. I love it, it did have a problem with the brake disc on the right side, but to be fair to Chepstow you would not notice that much until you had driven it for a while & they did fix it under warranty & it's fine now. 😉 The suspension is a bit noisy but I think that's because it is old (2010).Overall I am very pleased with the car. Thank you.

Great car dealership. Went to go and view the car I wanted after speaking with Tony on the phone. Arrived and was handed the keys to go and have a look without any pressure. Took for a test drive on my own and was really happy with the car. I’d already arranged my own finance so left and came back the next day to collect my vehicle. Very happy thank you

honest helpful and good quality

Bought a vehicle just over a week ago.
We dealt with Rob who we felt was honest & once we had done our test drive we were left to give the vehicle a good look over without any pressure. The other guys there seemed nice too. Warren who works independently from the garage doing the detailing making the vehicles showroom ready really helped reassure us as we have had a bad experience from a garage a few years ago near where we live which had made us very wary. So far we couldn’t be any happier with car we bought. We took out the warranty too just for peace of mind. We certainly wouldn’t hesitate from buying from them in the future & will recommend them even though they are not local to us.

Didn buy a car from this company, arranged a test drive for 2 cars and when it came to the day of test drive he didnt want to move his stock around.. good job really as the 2 cars I went to look at were nothing like advertised, mercedes eclass engine chain was noisy after running for a few minutes and the interior smelt of mold, the BMW 1 series was over priced high milage and looked like it had been in and accident and not repaired properly , couldn't get out there quick enough. Look professional but pushy con men who are selling death traps at top rates. Literally try the garage that's actually in Chepstow near the race course and ul have a much better experience and be buyin a decent motor from decent guys

I bought an Audi s4 v8 from CTC in December 2016.
Happy to say that I still have it,now with 205,000 miles on it.It still makes me smile,it goes as well as the day I bought it,and has only cost me a few oil changes,a few tyres,an exhaust,and a heck of a lot of petrol.
