I want to change my flight because my cancer sick brother in another country
I want to change my flight because my brother but the add Ons I bought wasn’t included and I had to pay 400 $ on the top plus they have ridiculous times .
Thank you for steeling my money and never ever again with you guys .the flight change wasn’t to a different country but Mexico (cancun) in February 2027 before the exp of my ticket.

Required travel documents
What documents are needed to have a trouble free flight. Very helpful. The reminder to have a transit visa through London, Britain, was very useful. I would have assumed Canadian passport holders dont need a visa or evisa to go to Britain.

Thank you for your feedback. We have reviewed your booking and see that these tickets were booked online and the name were entered exactly they were entered by the customer. They were not booked with the assistance of an agent. The airlines determine the rules of the ticket and if they allow name corrections or not. Unfortunately for many years they no longer allow changes to the names even a correction. We can approach the airline and ask for a possible exception and we see that our agents have reached out to you requesting a copy of the travelers Passport before we can move forward.
