Thank you for your feedback. We have reviewed your booking and see that these tickets were booked online and the name were entered exactly they were entered by the customer. They were not booked with the assistance of an agent. The airlines determine the rules of the ticket and if they allow name corrections or not. Unfortunately for many years they no longer allow changes to the names even a correction. We can approach the airline and ask for a possible exception and we see that our agents have reached out to you requesting a copy of the travelers Passport before we can move forward.
Issues with check-in online
Issues with check-in online, no explanation why while on the phone with customer service, was told my third party travel agency app was responsible, when I followed the customer service directions was told the ticket was forfeit even though the airline had the proper information at the time when I tried to check in at the airport and was told to wait for service (to check in before boarding ended, which the airport staff where very helpful in doing) and end up missing the flight I was on time for. I must add this solution for the sake of other travellers looking to use this method, make sure you find a representative of the airline because this company will not help you, thank you.

Thank you for your feedback. We do not see that you had purchased the AUTO check-in services that we offer on our website as a benefit when booking online. We did send an email alert "We’re reaching out to let you know that online check-in for your flight is now open. Save time at the airport by checking in online with our app or going to the airline’s website." If the the app doesn't work you must check-in on the airlines website 24hours before departure. Online check-in closes 2 hours before your flight departure’s time and in person check-in counter at the airport close 60 min prior to departure time. The ticket was forfeited per airlines rules if you are marked as a no show as you did not show up in time. We regret Your experience did not meet your expectations and for any misunderstanding or frustration this has caused.

Extra charges without any explanation
I booked my flight many times. It was smooth and easy to book trip here. Never charged extra after actual ticket price. This time, I booked my Toronto trip for 2 days. Nothing was mentioned before but later I checked my bank statement. It says you have been charged by cheapOair around $24 extra and nothing explained. I have no interest to book here with this kind of scams.

Thank you for your feedback. Per airline rules, tickets are non-transferrable and name changes are not allowed. It sounds as though this event may have occurred due to AUTO fill which filled in your name instead of your daughters, which if the incorrect name was noticed within 24hours, we could have assisted with your concern, however, after 24hours, airline fare rules apply if you have purchased a non-refundable ticket. We regret your experience was not satisfactory.
